Throughout the evening hours of 10-9-24, Hurricane Milton made landfall in Western Florida. Storm surge impacted coastal communities such as Venice, inundating cars and structures. Extreme winds moved throughout the area, stripping siding and roofs off of houses, peeling away signs, knocking over telephone poles and trees, and sending Debris airborne.
