Excellent teacher, law was never so interesting to me in College but Sir has taught it so well. Our colleges need teachers like him but unfortunately we don't have such enthusiastic teachers at even Post graduate level.

My employer created pressure and sent many employees on Lay off illegally because company sent on leaves and not giving compensation to employees. company got signed by employees on leaves application form but I did not sign. Now I am on leave for 4 months. I have more 4 months earned leaves in my account and they are enchashing my earned leaves in form of salary but actualy it is not salary but my own money. Kindly help what action I can take against my company legally. And how I can prove it is ellegal lay off.?? And After proving illegal lay off what penalty my company will have to pay for that?
