Sir, we are Employees of a Society under Department of Industries & Commerce,Govt of J&K, Presently we formed an Employees Welfare Association to Counter some of Draconian Rules like: Director can Terminate any Employee without Citing Reason thereof. But Layers say,we being Employees of a Society can only go to Civil Court and Stay orders can always be Challenged by Management to its favour. Sir, Ain't there any Remedy for it in High or Supreme Court ?

I am company employee since 8 year's but in our unian leaders are didn't show us by law copy and they haven't agreed to play to election what we can do right now then our leagle adviser working as a company advocate

Sir lecture is very good but sir there is a doubt in my mind can u tell me the difference between trade dispute and industrial dispute Bec as trade union act was already there to resolve issues so why industrial dispute act came into existence
can employer reduce salary before noticed?. i have suffered. i got 30% reduced salary on 8 Nov 2012 but employer given noticed on 16 Nov 2012. is it valid ?. employer taken signature on blank paper for deduction of 30% of salaries as a support and solidarity to the management. is it valid deduction process. due to this i given resignation on Feb 2013, but employer demanding notice period money and other.... please guide me
