Reading books on outdoor chair in the balcony would be a great way to spend time.🥰 P.S. This apartment has just been completed. So the landlord will install the air conditioner soon! ☆Contact☆ info@h-assist.tokyo h-assist.tokyo/information/
Usui, what book would you choose to read first in such a beautiful place? Right now I’m reading Steinbeck, the stories and novels in the order they were written... When I was at university, I read “The Grapes of Wrath” in English and it was a bit difficult for me. I wonder how it will be now.🙃
@@ОлексійЛюбарець I think 2 people could enjoy this fairly easily. There is enough space to get some privacy, move around. You can even do yoga on the balcony while the other person cooks, or fit together in the living room to watch tv. The loft can fit a bigger bed. I think 3 would be too much.
This one is so well designed and has fixed stair case and not a wobbly ladder. It is also so light and spacious and the storage is great. You could easilt get a desk and a reading/armchair and a tv cabinet in the living area. The loft space is large enough for a sleeping, and the balcony is great too, you could get a chair and table out there easily. And added bonus toilet paper storage! It's a gtreat price for the rent, I would happily live here even with the longer commute time.
The 2 sets of steps makes good extra seating if you have visitors. You can just put one or two loose chair cushions on a stair and it is a handy way to socialize without extra furniture.
This apartment is purrfect! It's a cat's dream come true--stairs, lofts, balcony, windows. Even the small cabinet is perfect of a litter box. Apartment Cat is looking for her passport so she can rush over to Japan.
I have seen this video before - I "liked" it but I forgot to comment. I like this apartment, and there are so many things to like. The kitchen has bench space as well as a 2 burner hob making food preparation and cooking. The living room is spacious and the loft seems to be a reasonable height and is much better than many because it has a window for ventilation. The balcony is awesome with a very usable space. There is plenty of room for a couple of chairs, an outdoor coffee table and some plants. The stairs to the loft are so much better than a rickety ladder and they have an added bonus of useful storage space.I'd have to give this 9/10. Thank you.
Balcony - I’d want an umbrella, a chair and small side table. Extra chair for guests. Morning coffee or tea. Lazy weekend mornings. Evenings at sunset with tea or wine. Time outside for fresh air and sun. Reading or (for me) knitting. Having a friend over on a nice evening for snacks and beverage.
Hands down the best one so far for this year. Place is really cozy and with your own balcony. You can invite some friends without feeling too cramped. Yes yes yes, definitely a winner this one. I wished UK had apartments like this but even then they would try to charge you exorbitant prices for rent.
This is a beautiful space. Since the kitchen only has two burners, I wish they were to the side, so there would be some counter space for preparing food. But I suppose people who like to cook will buy a small table. I love the cute wallpaper in the toilet. It adds some personality. The living spaces are so bright and airy. People who like to have guests can have a few chairs, and actually invite their friends over. And people who prefer more introverted life, can set up a cosy private space. The balcony is also lovely. Imagine putting out a couple of chairs there, and just watching the sunset. So what I would do is make make the loft my private space. I would have a futon bed to sleep in, and a small desk for my computer. That would be essentially, my "bedroom" where nobody else would enter. I would store my clothes in boxes, and maybe hang some on the bar. On the main floor, I would have a couple of folding chairs, and some large floor cushions, and a television. So I could invite friends over, and we could watch movies. And then in the balcony, I would set up a folding chair and a small folding table, so that I could drink my morning tea under the open sky.
I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact that it's only 20m2 (does it really include the loft space? Here in France, it wouldn't, because you can't stand in that loft). It's a beautiful airy place in a beautiful area--I don't know about shops and restaurants and can only hope it has them--, it's really the best we've seen so far, I think! Great find, Usui!
Это лучшая квартира, которую я видела у вас! В ней даже можно жить вдвоем. Цена аренды высокая, но балкон и вид на город прекрасны. Пить утром чай или кофе и слушать пение птиц или вечером в кресле любоваться видом - это здорово!
What a lovely apartment, spacious, well laid out, no terrible ladders, and room for all you have and more. And that balcony would be great for relaxing with friends or some quiet alone time. Where was this when you were looking for a new apartment?? More expensive than your current place, but what an upgrade! :)
I like the green stair. This micro gives the renter a feeling of dignity, and I appreciate that. I'd use the balcony as social space with a desk and table and of course to dry clothes. This one might actually be worth $650 a month.
As a 6'5" tall guy, I'd definitely be trying to put a queen sized bed in that loft, I don't care if it has to be lifted by ropes and pulled in through the balcony. Desk, TV, and comfy chair downstairs.
You've found a great little apartment! I would like to see a container vegetable garden on the lovely balcony. Perhaps also a small pond with koi along side a comfy chair and table with an umbrella for shade. And can't forget a bird feeder. I'm not even worried about the inside when there's such a delightful area just outside the door. Thank you for finding this one!
This has got to be the most well thought out design of a micro apartment that I’ve ever seen. I’m a bit concerned that the fridge and washing machine spaces are too small but I’m guessing the designer has checked that there are appliances available that will fit. The stairs aren’t dangerous or steep although I would like a rail along the wall. The cooktop is excellent and I’d also get a microwave/convection oven to sit on top of the fridge. Love the bathtub and the spacious vanity unit. There’s enough room for some storage furniture in the bedroom as well as a bed/mattress/futon. The balcony is excellent - room for a table and chair, plants etc. in the living room there’s space for a 2 person sofa, small table, tv and stand. I give this one 100/100. Just beautiful. Could easily live there.
Rails to the steps and balcony like green to the stairs and it would be perfect. So well thought that laundry can be dried both inside and outside. Happy thoughts indeed.
I think this is the nicest place yet. I do like the steps being a different color, I feel that is an added safety feature as it makes the steps easier to distinguish, especially in the middle of the night, half asleep. The lay out keeps things separated, making it feel like a much larger apartment. Plus, a balcony, one that's big enough to put out plants, furniture and enjoy. I appreciate the thought that was obviously put into designing this apartment.
I LOVE this compact apartment! The floor plan is perfect. Older Japanese apartments usually have a door that separate entrance from the living room. Or, in compact apartments, the kitchen and the living area are in the same space. However, in this newly built apartment, despite the compact size, the architect managed to separate the entrance and kitchen from the living areas by using stairs. That's a clever idea. It makes the apartment seem much more spacious than it is. The stairs leading to the loft are a plus too, because they are not only stairs, but storage units too. The spacious balcony with unobstructed view is yet another attractive feature of this compact apartment. It is so spacious that you can have barbecue with your friends on the balcony. As for furniture, apparently, the bed needs to be put in the loft. The loft does not seem to be tall enough for an adult to stand up straight or sit up straight in a chair. As for the living area, you have quite some freedom as to how you want to decorate the space to make it comfortable for your. The rent is very affordable too: for such a lovely apartment, monthly rent is only about $660 USD. In the U.S., you absolutely cannot get an apartment like this one with such an affordable rent. Thanks for sharing!
Okay this just became my favourite of all the micro apartments! I would put a small table on the balcony next to the chair - need somewhere to put the pot of tea while I'm reading...
The best micro apartment you have shown us! Yes, it is a bit expensive but worth the price for the amenities. Chiba is a good location if you don't have to be in Tokyo.
Expensive is relative to where you live. My apartment in the UK is not as nice as this, and I pay £850 per month (over 1.5x the rent for this apartment). I don't have a private outdoor space, a bath or a separate sleeping area 😭 But our kitchen is slightly bigger, so I will take the small wins 😂 But I am seriously envious of this apartment's windows & sunlight. We only have windows on one side and they are small & don't let in much light 😢
I honestly really love this one, wow. A well thought-out design, lots of light, a loft space that you can actually use, AND a balcony?! Add an air conditioner, and I could live in this one.
Wowser!! Nice place and I like that you have plenty leg space where the toilet is and of course, the all important toilet paper storage. I also like the split levels to make the loft not so high. And, the loft is spacious as well. I do think, just to be safe, a small hand rail would be nice for those steps up since it is narrow. The big bonus is that balcony and I agree it would be a nice place to sit and read or just listen to the birds! 🙂
My favorite so far. Absolutely love this one! Love how it's spread out. The shoe storage would be perfect for me since I only have about 4 pairs of shoes ( Lol a female with no shoe obsession). I like the burners in the kitchen since they are not right next to each other. I would get a small refrigerator but put it on top of a small cabinet/shelf for added storage and put the microwave on top. The shower room is a very nice size. Not compact for just me. Love the added wallpaper in the toilet room. The living room is big enough to put a futon for guests. Love the loft space as well. Very roomy for a loft. The added bonus is the balcony! So nice to hear birds chirping away. So much space to actually spread out and not be too big. So glad this developer made a place you can ACTUALLY live in comfortably. 💙💙💙💙Thank you for sharing! Oh, one last thing, I do miss when you add what stores are nearby. It just always gave me a feel of the neighborhood. 😊
so much room! so much storage! i love the split level design and that each area of the house are separate. i love the balcony! now you've got room for a city garden. 😊
This one is nice. There's great storage. I love when the bathing room has a tub and not just a small shower room. The little shoe closet near the entrance is something every micro apartment needs. The balcony is excellent. This is a micro apartment where one can still take many steps so even an introvert can get a little exercise 😊.
Wow, this place is nice! It feels so flexible, like it could adapt to a lot of different living styles. And such a large balcony! I'd be out there half the time, reading, gardening, or listening to the birds. ❤
Her yönüyle gerçekten ideal bir daire, yemek yapabileceğin, kitap okuyabileceğin, balkonda dinlenebileceğin, çamaşırlarını kurutabileceğin, bitkilerin yerleştirebileceğin muhteşem bir micro daire, hemen taşınırdım🌳🍀💚
I would put a lounge chair and small dinette set outside. I would use the loft as a bedroom. The main section would have a chair, desk, TV, and small dinette set. Every space could be used here. Nice apartment.
Great apartment. Lovely balcony! Nice neighborhood. Cleaver use of space and good storage!!! I might make the loft the office and wardrobe. I’d sleep and watch tv downstairs. I’d store kitchen stuff in the green stairs! Lots of options!
I see so much potential in this place. I would probably have add a table in the living space just to have something to eat on. The rails on the loft would be great to hang pictures or art and some indoor plants. Some shelving in the loft for clothes and maybe a small desk or table as a vanity/writing desk. On the balcony, plant boxes on the railing to give a bit more privacy from neighbours, small table with a folding chair to enjoy some tea or a meal on nice days. Maybe a gas bbq to cook outside on hot days. A small closet shed to put away garden equipment, furniture and bbq when space is needed.
The location is not the best, but for a new, penthouse apartment with a balcony less than 45 minutes from central Tokyo and less than $1000/month, it's a GREAT find. The only thing I don't like are the green stairs, but hey, they won't detour me. The design is great with lots of storage. Sign me up! This one is a winner, Usui! 👍👏❤😍🥰
Wow. It's even big enough to fit a couple, I think, thanks to the balcony 14:13 (Er... Depending on the local weather). Lovely place ! Thanks from someone who will likely never go to Japan but enjoys these videos a lot.
I do like this place. The living room is a nice size with plenty of space for a chair/couch, tv/entertainment area. And it's bright with the large window and the 2 storage areas. I like the shelves in the stairs for books and things. The loft isn't too high and is spacious. I like the view of the outside/balcony from the window up there. Having the extra living space with the balcony is really nice. I would have a table, 2 chairs and maybe some plants on the balcony. The rent isn't too bad either. Nice place. 😊👍
I like this apartment. It has an outdoor space for a couple of garden chairs, a spacious loft and those two small windows are a great addition as well. I think the 'green stairs' would be the least of my worries if I lived there. The whole apartment is beautiful.
I have watched a lot of episodes and enjoy it every day when I come home from work. I live in a tiny apartment myself with 46qm ,but I have a little loft space as a bedroom set up,only get to it over a folding ladder...but I love it!! Keep up the great work and thsnk you for posting it!!! Greetings from northern Germany😊
This is the best by far. 🤩 I would place my bed on the first floor because I cannot walk down the stairs at night when I am "drunk sleep", I mean when I am not really awake.😂 Even for me who cannot walk down stairs very good those stairs would be okay. On the second floor I would place a sofa, table, maybe TV and a writing desk and bookshelves or closed shelves. I could work there the best because everything seems so far away. 😊 With the kitchen, bathroom and toilet at the "ground floor" you really have the feeling of a Swiss chalet. Everything is divided and you feel like in a 3 room apartment I think. Between the first stairs and the room on the right side I would place a "spanish wall" so that you cannot see the bed I would place there and from the bed you feel more cozy and divided from the stairs and other rooms. The balcony or terrace is the best. The area looks cozy a bit like in a village and you even have enough place for a birthday party or for relaxing and planting flowers and fruits and vegetables. I love this apartment. It is in my top 3 of all your micro apartments you have shown, maybe on place 1. 😍 The rent is absolutely okay. I expected more I must confess, 700 or 800 €. I would move in there. Sorry for writing so much but this video made me dream about a new apartment like this one. 😅
It's definitely a great apartment and I would move in in a heartbeat. You should see the rent from the perspective of living and working in Japan though. Before the yen got weak it was more like 900€ and jobs in Japan start as low as 1000¥ an hour. So it might seem like a good price to us right now, but for a person living and working in Japan it's not that cheap, especially if you're in a low paying job.
@@urusstrapsYes you are right. For persons with low wage jobs it is difficult but in Germany where I live it is the same. You do not get a small apartment with 20 sqm in many cities for under 500€ and some people even do not earn 1000€. It is getting harder and harder nearly everywhere.
What a great apartment, BBQ's on the balcony. Those stairs could be painted but safety rails are a must 🤕. Hydrangeas pretty, thanks again have a great day ❤
This apartment has everything, and the space is very usable! You've had much smaller apartments, some that couldn't even fit a bed or a desk, and they cost more than this one!
Usui, this place is great! Normally I'm a person, who prefers spacious apartments (I live on 66 qm + garden), but I love this apartment and I would live in it! I would also use the balcony for some plants (maybe also for growing some vegetables and herbs besides beautiful flowers) and to sit there. I would put a small table with two chairs on the balcony and I would even eat there, when the weather is fine. I would also put the bed in the loft space. The green staircase is a bit weird thanks to its colour, but it's nice for putting books in it.
This is like the larger version of the one you have viewed before in Ep 9, except with fridge space, larger bathroom, larger living room, and large balcony! There are no handle on the stairs though. Quite scary for a clumsy person like me. 😅
This is a wonderful apartment, I could picture myself living here. The bathroom area is spacious and includes the drying system. The toilet room could be a bit wider, it seems rather tight but there’s room for toilet paper. The living room has enough room to configure furniture in multiple arrangements. I’d like a handrail on the left side of the green stairs; it’s a long way down if you took a tumble. The loft is generous in space with good ventilation. And that balcony is phenomenal, what a great spot to enjoy the sun and see the lovely neighbourhood. I don’t think the rent is too high for this great place. Another winner, thanks for sharing!
This is a wonderful apartment.😍 This has everything what you need. Beautiful sunny. I love that even the loft has a window from which you can see the rooftops. It's great that the living room is separate from the kitchen. Due to two staircases, you might feel that this apartment is not even a micro because it has a separate living room and bedroom. Although I think the green stairs would be better with a little railing, because if, for example, you come sleepily in the morning, you can easily step next to it and fall down.🫣🤕 But the balcony is the best.🥰 You can sit there in the morning with your coffee or read a book or just listen to the birds chirping. Overall I looove this apartment.💖🤩 I could totally imagine living here. ...and there is even a toilet paper storage🎉🎊🤪😁
Zakochałam się w tym mieszkaniu! Wygodna łazienka, mała ale fajna kuchnia, no i duża przestrzeń mieszkalna. Same zalety.
I'd LOVE to live here. The space is really well used and leaves you with so many possibilities! The balcony is just that perfect extra. A great find, Usui :) Thanks for sharing.
Hello , this one is really nice and the balcony terrace is avery nice plus. You could live here. This one will not stay for long on the rent market. Take care you and Mr Spiderman.
Oh, this is lovely! It's the first one I've seen that I could imagine living in, having friends round, doing my hobbies, etc... I would put a water butt on the balcony, especially as at the moment, the downpipe empties onto the balcony. Then, I could easily water all my plants without coming back inside 😂 I love the little window in the bathroom door that lets you know if it's light or dark outside, or if there's someone in the bathroom, while still giving you privacy.
YES, YES , YES !!! That's a nice listing, Spidey ! Usui-san, come on, there is room in there for a two-sits sofa ! I just love that place and, considering that you wrote "beautiful" and "I'd love to read books here", you love it too !
On the balcony, I would have a storage box, and a small round wooden table with 2 wooden chairs dressed in cussions, making it welcoming to invite friends. I'd also put up a bigger plant, and then flower boxes hanging from the railing to make the space more lively and warm. I would have a sofa/loveseat against the wall to make the space feel more open and bigger, and then a tv attached to the wall that can be pulled out and angled to the sides. Would probably sand down the stairs and repaint them in the same color as the other stairs. Could just paint it back to green whenever it was time to move out.
Separate sleeping and living space and outdoor space too !... this apt is reasonably priced for the amount of space you get !... this one is a winner...whoever gets it will be very happy !..
I really like this apartment! Love the green stairs! Thank you for showing the rent in so many different currencies. It's very interesting and informative.
Wow what a fantastic space! 🤩 Room to spread out, plenty of storage 🧻 😅 no scary ladder, even a bathroom dehumidifier and a big balcony 💯🙌 🎉 I’d put lots of plants and make a lovely green space on the balcony to sit and enjoy the birdsong 🪴🌱🐦 💚☺️
By Japanese standards, this is a spacious apartment! With a table, chair and lounger I'd be on the balcony whenever the weather permits. I'd want a railing on the green stairs, but that's easy to install. If it's, like, ten minutes walk to the train station it would be perfect.
As a larger dude (1.85m tall, 125kg), this is the first micro apartment I've seen you tour that looks like I would fit in pretty comfortably 😂 Then again, I haven't gotten to watch every one of your tours yet, so maybe there are a few others This apartment looks great!
I've watched many of your videos this week. This one is my favorite. The three different levels make it seem bigger than it is, and that balcony is great!
This place is lovely and practical. I love its layout, the balcony, and how bright it is. Thanks for continuing to post these videos. They are fun to watch!
Out of all the videos you have made so far, this apartment is my favorite yet! I love the layout, the size, the storage under the stairs, and the bigger loft size. Very nice!
This might be my new favourite! I love how bright and open everything is and I love that it's cheap too. If I were in Japan, I would live here. My only concern is that there isn't a handrail by the stairs.
Even Usui could consider living here, with the real staircase rather than a ladder! Gorgeous balcony space! Gas stove with two burners! I like the green staircase. 😂 it matches the outdoor stairs as well. I like the wallpaper in the toilet room, too. This place would be very worthwhile if you could afford the slightly elevated rent. Two people might be able to live there, too, if they were a minimalist couple, or at least quite friendly. You could get a double futon into the loft I think. Or maybe have a loft bed downstairs over a desk, with another futon upstairs. Could maybe have a floor chair/couch upstairs with a tv? Lovely overall! So many possibilities! Also: pretty purple hydrangeas :)
This is my favourite one yet. The floor plan is well thought out, and the living room offers plenty of possibilities for furniture placement. The balcony is gorgeous! You should definitely put plants there and a comfortable chair with a side table.
My very favourite. The balcony is incredible. Light above the sink is great! Stairs instead of a ladder is another plus and quite low rent. All in all, amazing
This one is lovely I could actually imagine myself living in it quite happily. I'd have a small table and chairs outside with lots of plants around me and possibly a comfy chair to nap in too!
Hallo Usui, dort würde ich sofort einziehen! Es ist schön aufgeteilt und gar nicht so teuer, wie ich vermutet habe. Mir gefällt es richtig gut, auch die grüne Treppe 🤣 👍 🌸
This may be the nicest micro you have visited! Storage stairs, not a ladder. Nice kitchenette. Excellent bathroom. Good WC (with nice wallpaper)(and TP storage!). Roomy airy loft. And the balcony! Breakfast there six months of the year, dinner out there maybe eight! It's designed to live in, not just as emergency storage for yourself. Rent seems very reasonable for location. Is a house cat okay?🐱
Beautiful apartment. I will certainly paint the green stairs in another color. On the balcony I would set a breakfast table with a chair to enjoy it every time!
This house is perfect, harmonious, liveable and not at all claustrophobic. The balcony is wonderful and opens up the view of the neighbourhood, so beautiful. What more can I say, the price is in proportion to the usability of the house and its beauty. If I lived in Tokyo I would have no doubts.
This is the best by far! I can actually imagine someone living here happily - maybe even with a partner, since there enough separation between the different living spaces that you won't be walking on top of each other. That balcony would be perfect for a small outdoor lounge/dining area, to increase the feeling of living space, which would also make having friends over much more comfortable.
So nice. Outdoor space is important. I would probably put a little grill out there a long with a little three piece dinette. I think this apartment would even work for a couple. I really like the storage storage stairs.
That bathroom is better than I have in my house! I love it! 😻 Just finished the video. My clumsy self would sleep on the main floor with something keeping me from falling into the stairs on the side. Great apartment. I could live there!
I love the storage built into the stairs, and the safe access to the loft. The balcony is excellent! Room for Spider-Man to fine tune the Spider-Man moves😂❤
Reading books on outdoor chair in the balcony would be a great way to spend time.🥰
P.S.
This apartment has just been completed. So the landlord will install the air conditioner soon!

Add some plants mini trees, and a truly lovely outdoor space! Very nice livable apartment.

@@usui503 Exactly. A good book to read, a mug of tea/coffee and some delicious chocolate biscuits. Absolute bliss.
Those extra meters really matter! I like this. You aren't sleeping in your kitchen. Everything is separate and tidy. Plus an outdoor living space.
This place is lovely! And unlike some of the places you have seen, it looks like it was designed for real people to enjoy living there
Agree. I would put some potted plants out there to make it more natural.
how many people can live here at the same time ?
@@ОлексійЛюбарець I think 2 people could enjoy this fairly easily. There is enough space to get some privacy, move around. You can even do yoga on the balcony while the other person cooks, or fit together in the living room to watch tv. The loft can fit a bigger bed. I think 3 would be too much.
@@venturecici1393Yes even two people could live there because you have the loft, the balcony and enough space although it is small.
I’d fill that balcony with plants and a hammock on a stand.
This is my favorite apartment so far… it has everything!

😊 Love your comment. My grandkitty would love this place as well. The bird watching a cat could do! Cats would absolutely love this place.
You're right, that cabinet is a place for the cat!😆😺
Что-то в этом есть😊
The best micro apartment so far. Right space and it has got everything including outdoor balcony. ❤
My favorite. Well designed and usable space. Quiet neighborhood. Actual opportunity to use outside area. Just lovely.
mine too😊
I have seen this video before - I "liked" it but I forgot to comment. Thank you.
Finally a micro apartment where you have space to invite friends round!
Yeah, if only micro apartments were available in a larger size.
I wished UK had apartments like this but even then they would try to charge you exorbitant prices for rent.
this hs to be the nicest one yet, the balcony would make a world of difference mentally, just being able to sit and relax in your own outside space
What a lovely apartment, spacious, well laid out, no terrible ladders, and room for all you have and more. And that balcony would be great for relaxing with friends or some quiet alone time. Where was this when you were looking for a new apartment?? More expensive than your current place, but what an upgrade! :)
Someone obviously put a lot of thought into the design of this apartment: it's great.
"Thank you for your comment!🥰
Placing a bird feeder on that balcony is a wonderful idea!🦆
Compared to the other apartments previously, even without the balcony, this is Luxury space! The balcony makes it a winner.
Wouldn't get this for that price in Canada, either. I'm paying $960 for one with no storage and less space, in a maintained but very old building.
Very nice, not only a place to sleep, but a place to live! And the balcony is wonderful.
💐
I think I would add a folding table shelf to make the most of the space. It's a great microapartment, would enjoy living there.
Very nice. The layout is equal, no odd angles. Toilet is where it should be, behind a door with privacy. Well done😁😁
And the sink wall unit behind the toilet is convenient. A really well-planned living space.
Nice place. 😊👍
I would take this apartment In a heartbeat!
Thank you for the comment from northern Germany!🥰🇩🇪
C'est de loin le meilleur appartement que vous avez visité jusque-là !
This is the best by far. 🤩
I would place my bed on the first floor because I cannot walk down the stairs at night when I am "drunk sleep", I mean when I am not really awake.😂
Even for me who cannot walk down stairs very good those stairs would be okay. On the second floor I would place a sofa, table, maybe TV and a writing desk and bookshelves or closed shelves. I could work there the best because everything seems so far away. 😊
With the kitchen, bathroom and toilet at the "ground floor" you really have the feeling of a Swiss chalet.
The rent is absolutely okay. I expected more I must confess, 700 or 800 €. I would move in there.
Sorry for writing so much but this video made me dream about a new apartment like this one. 😅
You made some very good points, not too long.
@@Kammy44Thank you. ❤
@@urusstrapsYes you are right. For persons with low wage jobs it is difficult but in Germany where I live it is the same. You do not get a small apartment with 20 sqm in many cities for under 500€ and some people even do not earn 1000€. It is getting harder and harder nearly everywhere.
Definitely one of the best (so far). I love the green stairs and it makes the loft a really useable space for anyone...unlike ladders.
I love the size too and it is quirky. I would have plants on the balcony maybe grow microleaves. You could even have a guest stay over there!
Could easily install a hand rail.
This is the best apartment you've shown yet, really well designed layout and ample room, 10/10!
Thank you for your comments as always! 🥰
And thank you for the perfect score too!
This is a wonderful apartment.😍
This has everything what you need. Beautiful sunny. I love that even the loft has a window from which you can see the rooftops.
It's great that the living room is separate from the kitchen.
Due to two staircases, you might feel that this apartment is not even a micro because it has a separate living room and bedroom.
Although I think the green stairs would be better with a little railing, because if, for example, you come sleepily in the morning, you can easily step next to it and fall down.🫣🤕
But the balcony is the best.🥰
You can sit there in the morning with your coffee or read a book or just listen to the birds chirping.
Overall I looove this apartment.💖🤩
I could totally imagine living here. ...and there is even a toilet paper storage🎉🎊🤪😁
It has a bathtub! So far, this is the best I’ve seen. I think I’d put a bed on the main floor, and use loft for living space/work space.
Oh, this is lovely! It's the first one I've seen that I could imagine living in, having friends round, doing my hobbies, etc...
I would put a water butt on the balcony, especially as at the moment, the downpipe empties onto the balcony. Then, I could easily water all my plants without coming back inside 😂
I love the little window in the bathroom door that lets you know if it's light or dark outside, or if there's someone in the bathroom, while still giving you privacy.
YES, YES , YES !!! That's a nice listing, Spidey ! Usui-san, come on, there is room in there for a two-sits sofa ! I just love that place and, considering that you wrote "beautiful" and "I'd love to read books here", you love it too !
Wow! Very very nice. Best yet👍👍💕💕
Agree on repainted stairs!
I would grow some bamboo for privacy on the balcony. It's a great space.
As a larger dude (1.85m tall, 125kg), this is the first micro apartment I've seen you tour that looks like I would fit in pretty comfortably 😂
Then again, I haven't gotten to watch every one of your tours yet, so maybe there are a few others
This apartment looks great!
I've watched many of your videos this week. This one is my favorite. The three different levels make it seem bigger than it is, and that balcony is great!
This could be one of the best micro apartments ever.
This place is lovely and practical. I love its layout, the balcony, and how bright it is. Thanks for continuing to post these videos. They are fun to watch!
apartment was like design - balanced mini to micro size
Its lovely. And the space to dry your laundry; priceless!
Thanks for your comment!🥰
I feel the same way as you. Having a handrail on the stairs makes we feel safe.🤔
@@usui503 I think that it's illegal to have stairs without a railing here in Canada.
This is such a lovely apartment and I think the best one by far. It’s so spacious, clean, and bright.
So far this is the only apartment I can imagine myself living in. So cool with a loft space and balcony! Great find!
This one is lovely I could actually imagine myself living in it quite happily. I'd have a small table and chairs outside with lots of plants around me and possibly a comfy chair to nap in too!
I love it, much space, different resting spaces and beautiful balcony! Toilet and bathroom separate, great. Phantastic architecture!
Plants and chairs on the balcony; maybe create a small section of grass. It costs more, but you'd get more. I like this one.
Hallo Usui, dort würde ich sofort einziehen! Es ist schön aufgeteilt und gar nicht so teuer, wie ich vermutet habe.
Mir gefällt es richtig gut, auch die grüne Treppe 🤣 👍 🌸
Those stairs might be a funky color 😁 but this apartment is definitely a WINNER! They have put thought into this. Love this one ☺️
Thanks for your comment!
Unfortunately, landlords do not allow pets.😢😺
I like this a lot! Not sure how long my old knees would handle the steps, but still miles better than a ladder!
Beautiful apartment. I will certainly paint the green stairs in another color. On the balcony I would set a breakfast table with a chair to enjoy it every time!
Es el apartamento más completo y que más me gusta de los que llevas vistos hasta ahora. Me encanta, me mudaría sin pensarlo. Muy bonito
Plants would be lovely on the balcony. Plus a lounge chair for reading and an outdoor dining nook
I love the balcony and the green stairs with storage inside. I may be biased because I love the color green 💚
I really like this apartment. Great layout, and the balcony is a plus. Makes the apartment feel bigger than it actually is.
That bathroom is better than I have in my house! I love it! 😻
Just finished the video. My clumsy self would sleep on the main floor with something keeping me from falling into the stairs on the side. Great apartment. I could live there!
Outdoor space is so important to mental health. You can have flowers and veggies and even a miniature fruit tree. I love it!
I love the storage built into the stairs, and the safe access to the loft. The balcony is excellent! Room for Spider-Man to fine tune the Spider-Man moves😂❤
