Take photos by placing the bowl on black velvet so the pattern can be easily determined. Make sure you get the bottom as well as the top. Then see if you can get Sotheby's auction house online to tell you if they are willing to put UT at auction for you. If they say no, you know it us not valuable, if they seem eager to do so, you will know it us quite valuable. In either case I would get it appraised by someone they suggest, I used to appraise antiques but though I also own some pieces, reading the specific marks of who made your bowl is a job for someone who only appraised cut glass and specializes only in that. Many pieces are merely "good" and worth possibly $ 3-500 today, where certain rare pieces can sell upwards of $20, 000 to very rare signed pieces valued at $300,000. I hope this helps you.
Beautiful pieces
Very helpful!

”Yasemin” signature. It seems to be a Turkish company, based on the Russian/Turkish border (Black Sea), dated 1990-1999.

I have a very large American Brilliant Rose Bowl - how can I find out what it is worth?
