If you eat 2 pounds of blue berry every day there is a risk i honestly don't know any one who eats that much. And I don't think you do either we should eat spinach one day the next day arugula the next day berry and so on berry are very healthy food and we should eating don't scared has by oxalates
2 pounds means 900 gram, she too 2 -3 ounz berries which is 60-90 grm ....

Thanks for the wonderful video. Earlier I did water kefir . But I stopped doing after few months . Because my family is not drinking much at that time . But I started again both MK and WK. 9 years girl and 11 years boy ki entha protein powder invali andi.
