    Sister మీరు చెప్పినట్టు milk kefir grains తీసుకున్నాము.ఈ రోజు 1st fermentation బాగా వచ్చింది.బ్రేక్ ఫాస్ట్ లొ మిల్క్ కెఫిర్ తీసుకున్నాను.కొన్ని డౌట్స్ ఉన్నాయి కొద్దిగా చెప్పండి. 1).మన body కి new probiotics strains అలవాటు పడటానికి ఎన్ని డేస్ పడుతుంది. 2).amezone లొ milk kefir grains తో పాటు గా milk kefir *starter culture powder form* కూడా సపరేట్ గా ప్యాక్ చేసి వచ్చింది. అది ఏమి చెయ్యాలి అర్థం అవ్వలేదు.

    Nuts and seeds protein 25% c fats 60% crabs 15% they are mixed with all they are called high fats to absorb protein we need (fats or carbs )they are good source of protein if we mixed with another seeds and nuts

Mercury is a contaminant that occurs naturally in seawater, rivers, and lakes Mercury levels in fish vary by species, location, and the fish's size and age. Larger fish that have lived longer tend to have the highest levels of mercury

    If you eat 2 pounds of blue berry every day there is a risk i honestly don't know any one who eats that much. And I don't think you do either we should eat spinach one day the next day arugula the next day berry and so on berry are very healthy food and we should eating don't scared has by oxalates
