Try one green chicken receip without single drop of oil or With butter too (but not necessary).. N only with lots garlic.. Ginger.. Lots of coriander ..green chilli.. Black pepper.. Curd n salt in chicken.. Just Merinate for 2 Hr or more n cooked.. Finish ready to eat.. Too light too tasty.. Oil gets release from the chicken..

    Suggestion
Better to add minced garlic and ginger to the pan after the onions and skip garlic & ginger in the Coriander Green Chutney.
This will help avoid the raw ginger garlic smell as chicken breast cooks fast.

People, I am telling u. I tried it today. The taste is literally out of the world. I have never had such chicken before. Loved it. This will be now a regular on menu.
Quick tip - please do cut the chicken just like in the video, small pieces will cook faster.

This is kothamali chicken from Tamil Nadu, kothamali in Tamil is coriander, this dish can be made a korma or thick gravy curry, saute sukka fry way or deep fried ...this dish is similar to Nilgiri chicken again from Tamil Nadu..
On this channel i see most of recipes are simply copied Ditto from other local vernacular youtubers with exact measurements and present in hi fi English

    • @preetsuri5604

Follow the instructions in the video. Firstly, marinate the chicken for about an hour or so. Later on get 1 pao dhania from market and make chutney from half of that. Around 150 grams.
