Wonderful recipe...I've made this at least 5 times already. The first time I used the 12 peppers...!! Wayyy too spicy, I use just 3 - 4 now, and it is absolutely perfecto! Sooo tasty...thank you chef! :)
Wanna prepare this for my husband. One of the best chicken recipes I’ve ever seen. I’m sure he’s going to love it. Also wanna say the way you present your dishes and your mannerisms are very refined.
I am goan and thanks chef for sharing goan recepie... I like cafreal from 2 places in Goa. In north it's none other than Florentine that's in saligao and in south the wild west.... Curchorem.
Cafreal uses poppy seeds as a thickener. I make the exact same recipe with the addition of poppy seeds and it really makes a difference to the flavour! Great recipe :)
@@sachinrandive Hey Sachin, I usually add about 1 large tablespoon of poppy seeds (ground into a smooth paste) into the marinade along with the other ingredients. I feel like it binds the marinade together very nicely. The other alternative is to add cashew paste while it's cooking (after the chicken starts releasing water). Hope this helps! :)
Oh man! We have been in Goa for a month now and haven't tried this local specialty! But seeing how easy it is, I think instead of going out to a restaurant, we will try it at home! Thanks for the good video! You are awesome!
Honestly speaking .. if Varun is not cooking in the video, i just switch to different recipe video of get curied where Varun is cooking. Man the way you speak in the entire video i just love it.. along with those awesome background music ❤️
Made this yesterday for my brother and I. Turned out really well! I made it exactly like you have mentioned but I added too much water so had to drain that out. It doesn't really evaporate much so need to keep an eye on that. Quite a flavourful recipe and very easy to follow. thank you!
@@systemsevyapaar30 yes its actually very Indian. Kind of like having hara bhara kabab. Its like making green chutney and cooking your chicken in that.
I tried it damn it tastes good..😊 Kudos to chef varun for explaining each and every point.. I made chappatis and mint lime as a side😊 Do add tomatoe and an onion while cover cooking it will add more taste to the thick gravy..😊
I will definitely give this a try! Btw, it is nice to see that you use all the ingredients without creating unnecessary waste. These days in cooking shows, the chefs are more into wasting the food while transferring from one vessel (eg. Mixer/ psn etc) to another..! Best wishes! :)
Your way of explaining makes it super easy and motivates me to try. I tried few of your recipes and they all turned out to be awesome. The only recipes I tried are keto friendly as I am on keto. Thanks

The masala also needs some vinegar, dark rum and fennel seeds while grinding. So fry onion rings along with the potato for more flavour
Right really
Shut
Vinegar is not necessary.. Some like some don't like
