400 g raw prawns
1 half red pepper
1 half red, yellow or green pepper
2 cloves
20 g ginger
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of purée
2 chillies
1 tbsp. concentrated tomato sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
10 cl water
