I love the honesty and vulnerability you expressed in this video. This takes a lot of bravery and courage to put yourself out there like this. Thank you.
thank you for making these videos you have no idea how much respect the viewers have for you, i know your a music channel and that you probably didn't envision these videos taking up the bulk of your channel views but keep on grinding man your music is very good you're talented!
AH don't make me cry before bed That is so sweet. I really appreciate you telling me that. It makes me want to keep going making these videos. If it makes anyone feel more comfortable or less alone then it makes my day. I do hope they have that effect. And thank you for much for complimenting my music. That's my main focus in life, but I love talking to people and sharing my story, and mental health is a great way for me to do so. I hope you have an amazing weekend. Hugs.
I am starting it within the next few days primarily for ADHD but partly for mild depression, and I am so stoked to see where it takes me and to post updates like you have been doing!
I just took my 16th 150mg pill today. I'm also coming off the citalopram I was on for 5 months because while it helped the depression and anxiety, it destroyed my libido which was completely intolerable. I have had basically no negative side effects so far on bupropion (in contrast to when I started citalopram, I had nausea, anxiety and insomnia) and as of day 5 it completely reversed the damage to my libido citalopram caused. However I am currently in a weird spot between medications where the positive effects of the citalopram have stopped and the positive effects of the bupropion haven't started yet so I'm pretty sad and tired every day. :(
I just started taking this. I know antidepressants usually take effect 4-8 weeks so I haven’t had any pros but I’m on day 4 and feel the same “dip” and low mood. I notice I get some anxiety at night when I’m trying to sleep, I get a little loopy and jumpy. I did have a vivid dream last night as well, it felt so real. Notice a mild headache but nothing to take meds for.
"antidepressants usually take effect 4-8 weeks" this isn't actually true, the effects are near instantaneous. The SSRI I took gave me numb genitals within hours. I've been off the medication for 4 years and I still have numb genitals.
A lot of antidepressants unfortunately cause limp dick syndrome. Obviously, that's not the medical term lol, but you get the idea. Maybe, talk to a Psychiatrist or Urologist if things don't start getting back up to where they should be. I hope things get better. 🕊️👍
Same dose (150mg/day at morning) and same feelings. Bupropion is one of the few AD that tipically does not have these sides because does not affect at all serotonin. I think that the temporary numbness of d*ck that we experienced for the first days is simply due to a surge of adrenaline that the body is not used to have and is not related to bupropion itself. SSRI conversely are pure poison in that. How are you now?
I’m on Wellbutrin 300xl but it makes me sleepy during the day. After being on xl for 2 months I’m switching to SR 150mg 2x a day. I hope the sr version will work for me.
I was given Citalopram for sleep related issues and 4 years post cessation of the drug I have completely numb genitals and quite frankly it has destroyed my life. My relationship fell apart as a result, I can't have penetrable sex because of it. On these drugs the sides don't always stop, but in cases they can persist indefinitely.
Hey Gianluca, it’s going well! Thank you for checking in. I’m waiting to make an update to see how out of the clear I am. But I will say mid week 3 going into week 4 it started getting better ❤️🩹 I hope you’re well.
My understanding is wellbutrin increases hupersexuality and libido. Thats why im considering switching from Cymbalta to wellbutrin. Should I get worried now@ ? @@sunflowerkidworld

Hey! Just seeing this. Thank you so much for your kind words. I am happy to do it so we all feel less alone 🧡
Been on it over a year and it's still working, don't feel any side effects except no depression.
AMAZING!!! Wellbutrin gang

You're not crazy with the 🍆 numbness. I'm so grateful I found this video because I was terrified lol
HAHA. Sorry you're experiencing that brother! Mine went away, thankfully 🙏

I didn't feel a real difference until about 6 weeks! Hang in there. I'm rooting for you!

Just came here from your "Week 8 Update" and you seem to have changed so much on a superficial level. I hope it continues to stay that way for you
I guess that's a good thing!! Hahaha. Thank you for watching ❤
This is the best vlog thank you so much!
Hi Mia! That’s so sweet. Thank you, I’m glad you liked it. I know it comforting to see other people go through their shit! I’ll post an update soon 😊

I took Strattera for 4 months and only side effects. I know what it's like to have to wait and see if a med will kick in. Frustrating.
Such a beautiful smile.
Thank you sweet human!
