Traditionally, it has been a staple food but it has now become somewhat of a delicacy, with the infusion of different condiments and ingredients. Different homes will have their own special recipe for the dish. So our Nigerian brother and Oliver weren't too far off.

That's Kenya I do remember my family and I once stranded somewhere in thika near a forest ( my dad's care had a problem ) and a stranger out off no where gave us a place to spend the night not expecting anything in return

Grand parents used used to host each other as they move to clear sisal plantations in new farms, back at young to youth we could go sleep at your friends home in the evening and back home in the morning made life fun.

I enjoyed almost everything about them and I was planning to come back this month for Christmas but my people disapproved when they heard the news of the Ebola outbreak in the neighbouring country Uganda is I think is under control. Oliver's family displayed the true spirit of Africa. Yeah, you should definitely check out their food, I used to ask the chef to add extra pepper when making my food😊. Four stops Kigali to Kabale Kabale to Mbarara Mbarara to Kampala Kampala to Busia. Matoke is healthy but I didn't enjoy it. Yes, I had rolex every morning for breakfast 😊 I like it. I like Uganda but the Uganda immigration officers gave me the wrong impression of the country, I will share the video here later.
