In my owners manual it says the plastic cover is to carry a “ business card, insurance policy numbers , etc” Hence the shape but not a tax disc.
Great work can’t wait for the initial road test.

Someone else said ‘business’ card, I thought it was a joke 😂

I was amused to find that ”business card” remark, maybe in Japan this is needed :)

I had such a nightmare with the airbox being so difficult to fit that I completely replaced the standard box and air filter with K&N pod filters. So easy to fit, look the bollocks, but I also have a Micron 4-1 so had to re-jet the carbs with a stage 3 kit. Cost of the pod filters and jet kit was about £160 all in, but it definitely gives a power improvement as well as the easier fitting.

Yeah not easy to fit, I did try a bit of grease, but warming the rubber seamed to work best.
This one had a 4 into 1 exhaust, but I wanted to go for originally with the twin exhausts 👍🏼

Should there be oil with the filter or did you install it dry? My factory workshop manual says the filter should be treated with oil.
Not sure if that is needed.
