I love the calmness in your voice and the assurance it gives me that I am healthy and not to be too hard on myself. Thank you for being a wonderful person x
I love your videos! I'm 30 with PCOS and you've taught me so much on how to understand my body. Thank you 🙏🏽 It's something I really wish they taught us when we were younger. Or at least more common knowledge. I appreciate you doing this thank you!!!
Hi Heather! I'm with you; I wish we all had a chance to learn this information earlier in life. But I'm grateful we're learning it now so we can teach the next generation. Be well!
I'm in my 2nd cycle in my TTC journey. There's definitely so much to learn that we, or at least I, was never taught. I'm so happy I came across your channel. The way you explain it all is so easy to understand; you also have a very soothing voice 🤍 Thank you!
You are right, I was obsessed on getting the surge on OPKs that I did not pay attention to my own body. Thank you so much for this video to remind us about this.
Thank you for sharing that, Cassie! It's so easy to do. I wasn't even trying to conceive and I remember how anxious and distracted peeing on those darn sticks and waiting for a positive made me feel.
This is the information I've been looking for. I've used opks last 3 cycles and it was fail. This time, I just went off cervical mucus. I'm hoping for results this time. Thank you ❤
@Live Fertile hey love. Question I was curious of your opinion. I am still breastfeeding but it'd a few times a day. I did ovulate. But I read how breastfeeding can interfere with implantation. I was wondering what you think? I know this isn't medical advice I just want your opinion. Thanks so much. ♡♡♡
@@simplymisty85I'm going to stay in my lane on this one. I'm thinking a fertility awareness educator or IBCLC would be a better resource for thoughts on this. Lisa Hendrickson-Jack might have some info on her podcast or in her book on breastfeeding and conception. fertilityfriday.com/category/fertility-friday-podcast/
This video was so helpful! I recently heard about cervical mucus being a good way to track the fertility window. Due to my having infrequent periods (it's been like this since I was a teenager), I have felt discouraged and thought I could never really know when to have intercourse to conceive. Thanks for making this video. Now I don't have to buy a bunch of products haha. I just need to better understand my body and be patient ☺️
I agree with opinion on ovulation stripes as well. I am for example, drinking alot of water and tea naturally, meaning my urine is dilluated often, so the results may be not accurate. Anyhow, appreciate your videos, and you are so symphatic and lovely for sharing your knowledge with us. 😊
Hello, I am 38 years old ( terrified to be to old to conceive) and I am trying to conceive my third baby after more than 6 year for my second pregnancy and with irregular cicle. I noticed that during these years my mucus lasts only two days but in the past it lasted 5 days... Last January I concentrated my intercourse in the two day where mucus was present. Now I am waiting to do the preg test next Monday.Thank you for all the clarification in this video.
Is there a particular time of the day to baby dance? BTW! Thank you so much for calmly talking through this topic. I'm not the biggest fan of Strip tracking either, it's emotional and I decided this cycle to pay attention to my body. Best way to calm my mind.

I conceived on April 27 but my period was on April 13-17 . So does it mean I was ovulating at the end of the month cause always says right after my period.
Hi mam recently i see your video i am happy to see you you are really kind hearted mam plzzz guide me my egg quality very low and small size plz tell me about some exercise and healthy food 😊
Perfect video for better understanding your body. I am the type that always check when i wipe, and look in toilet bowl too and trust me i noticed the cm drop in the pot. I sometimes see it trying to come out looking slimy and i immediately that's it🥰 . I pay keen attention to my body at all times that's why i can notice the slightest change 😊. Thanks doctor ❤❤
My apps I use say I’m not supposed to ovulate until next weekend however I noticed slippery, stretchy discharge last night. Trying to listen to my body but it’s hard when the app says I’m a week away. Is it possible to ovulate at only day 12?
Hi Courtney! It is absolutely possible to ovulate on day 12 of a cycle. Remember apps often make predictions based on what has happened in the past, not what is happening in real time. Trust what you observe and your body!
I used to get pregnant without problem until I got iud 14 months ago, it messed up my body, my period is irregular, my V. Is dry I didn't see any cervical mucus now my period is late 19 days and I'm not pregnant. It's so frustrating. I watched so many fertility videos I have all the symptoms of low estrogen and I ordered estrogen supplement from Amazon, I take 5 days and today I have seen couple of times cervical mucus.
I’ve been better at noticing these signs in my 3+ years of TTC. You didn’t mention anything about time of day. I’m wondering if you need to notice your CM around the same time everyday (this is what I’ve read in some articles but most of the articles focus on BBT and mention CM as an afterthought) or if you notice fertile CM at any time of the day, would that be considered a possible fertile window day?
Hi there. From everything I've read and been taught, any day you notice the presence of fertile cervical mucus is a potentially fertile day, no matter what time of day you see it. Best wishes.
tmi ... how do you make sure that sperm is not being confused with tracking of cervical mucus. As someone in TTC i find it very tricky to do so. Alot of fluids down there 😅
Such a good question! This is where working one-on-one with a fertility awareness educator could be a good idea. They can help with the more nuanced bits. Also, the book The Fifth Vital Sign (should be a listed in the description box) is a great resource. The author answers your exact question in her book. Lastly, this article might help: www.med.unc.edu/timetoconceive/study-participant-resources/cervical-mucus-testing-information/#Seminal_Fluid

I have pain during ovulation on one side each month and I’ve only felt it the last 6 months I don’t know why I’m suddenly feeling it should I get it looked at?
I think it’s always a good idea to talk to your personal healthcare team if you experience a new recurring pain that you haven’t discussed with them before.

That's not something I can answer. I don't think there's a good or bad age for pregnancy. Everyone and everyone's lives are so different.
