This video is to help anyone who lacks motivation and wants to learn how to get motivated. How to workout videos as well. as an ex convict i also want to educate ex cons on how to not only stay out of jail or prison by turning the pain and set back of prison into something positive. the best way to make money and live the life you want is start with the body. change yourself physically will change your mindset.
10 minutes in and it’s refreshing to hear someone who’s been through some shit to have such wisdom and intellect. Someone who doesn’t blame everyone else for their problems and recognizes their shortcomings and faults. I hope this video blows up.
