Great video. I just purchased an HD9 a week ago and am playing with it right now. I am trying to get used to the needle threader. I saw you do it a slightly different way to how the dealer showed me to thread, so I will try your method to see if I can get it working. In the end this morning, I gave up and did it by the old manual method!
Hey! I hope you're impressed with it, I always am! As for the needle threader, I think it's just a case of practice. Also, try just looking at the mechanism without thread, if you understand how it's working, it may click on what you may be doing wrong.
I am somewhat confused about this machine. Its a heavy duty machine but requires special HX5L needles. No information about them. Are they a industrial type needle. I was hoping may it could sew upto T270 thread but not information about anything else but that its HD. for the extremely high price it should?!
Hey! The needles are short shank needles for high speed sewing machines, not just regular domestic needles. The HD9 specializes in things like bag making that use thicker fabric, it is almost as close as one can get to an industrial machine without actually being one, as semi-industrial if you will. However this machine does not just replace an industrial, it all just depends on your use case. It more than likely can sew with T270, the machine is a beast, however I haven't personally tried it.
Hi, I actually can't find a numerical answer for you. All it says on the promo material/spec sheet is "Extra high presser foot lift" so I would imagine that it's higher than your average machine.
hello very nice lady very beautiful sewing machine please kindly film how to operate the sewing machine electric foot pedal how its used to sew please OK?and please kindly film the same video for the industrial sewing machine seen in the background please OK?please kindly let me know OK?thank you very much
You have to bare in mind that the microphone/camera is very close to the machine when it's sewing. In person it's not as loud as it appears here, the audio in this video doesn't do it justice. For a machine with this strength, It's not as loud as say.. an industrial.
Thank you so much! I was struggling with threading with a lighter weight and it solved the problem to put in the last hole on the threader.
No problem at all! Glad it helped!

So true! 🦾
Does the foot have an extended lift for thick fabrics?
I just saw the answer to this down below....oops!
@@SewPerky Haha, no problem at all! I almost replied, didn't realize that I had even answered it before.

Hello, could someone tell me how much the presser foot lifts at most please?
Thanks.
