Ballwin was founded in 1950, alot of the houses started in the 1950s and 60s, lots of ranch homes, 70s has some 2 story homes, Chesterfield was founded in 1988, so it has a much newer feel, it use to be cornfields, but now it just has really big luxury homes, I always get a higher end feel in Chesterfield and wildwood, it feels more modern and upscale, there are so many high end areas like wildhorse creek rd, and parts of baxter rd.
I understand it's Rockwood R-VI school district; what I am saying is that those areas feed into Marquette if someone lives on the marquette side of town

So Marquette is not a School district from Ellisville, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Ballwin it’s Rockwood.

I used to live in Ballwin (near Vlasis) and you describe this area like you did too. I found myself nodding agreement a lot
Glad you agree! What area did you end up moving to after Ballwin?
@@LivingStLouis oh, I've lived so many places after that (that was around 2008, 2009). But I lived in Maryland Heights right after that.

One example of horrible car-centric urban planning. Some of the worst design one can imagine
