@5:29 $500/mo association fee is on the very low end for a small unit in a garden style condo. Buildings with amenities like Plaza in Clayton, Maryland Walk, 800 S. Hanley and the Crescent will be several multiples of that (2-3.5x+) as an entry point
Wander a mile or two in an direction and expect a missing catalytic convertor and a lot of unemployed gang members speeding through red lights with a stolen paper license plate that expired in 2019. If you're one of these gentrified yuppies you should be mostly safe if you stay in your little enclave but I wouldn't wander much.
Born in Clayton in 1943. Shocking changes....
Am I just crazy? I really like the Clayton Steakhouse Hop!
Right?? That would be a fun way to go around Clayton's restaurants
looks so different from in the air. Great footage
Thank you! It was really fun to film and the weather was perfect for it
you are so right about the chicken salad
:)

Very true those are some buildings with substantially higher fees
Mid-County does give you a little bit of an urban vibe and culture without having to go into the city of St.Louis.
Absolutely 💯💯
Great video. I work and live in Clayton. Sad you didn’t mention Herbies restaurant. Also no ice rink anymore :(
You're so right yes we didn't even talk about Herbies! And it's definitely a bummer the ice rink got demolished 😪
I live in Mid County, we will be buying a house soon in our current area we are renting
That's awesome! What area of mid county are you looking in?
@@LivingStLouis sticking around Creve Couer, Ladue, Clayton, and Frontenac!!!!

Does Clayton still have it's annual art festival?
