    Friends, sharing another meditation from my recent 21 day meditation retreat. Best to listen when you can create a quiet undisturbed self-love hour. This meditation helps restless meditators first become more calm, empty and still; it is a preparation and a beginning to meditation. At first, the mind normally gives many distractions, creating a lot of thought, emotion, story and general movement. The mind is the tool of the self maintaining its sense of existence through activity. To reach the timeless self, your pure nature that is beyond flux, the mind/self needs to subside to some extent, so the soul can arise. I provide an exercise where one enters the energy of the self strongly, so that it reaches some relative completion, and then finally starts to let go. This does not happen in just one sitting, but over time and dedicated practice. After some time, inner spaciousness is created, and then we begin the meditation starting from awakening the center of soul consciousness.

    我之前静坐了大概10天。后来,我脑里有一大堆的怪思想浮现出来。而且,是每时每刻不分白天黑夜都听到自己脑里有很多不好的念头。而且是很大声的。大部分也在重复着。最可怕的是,同一时间,怎么好像会有2-3个不同的念头同时出现😢。后来,我还去找了心理医生拿药吃。不然,晚上听着这些念头自己睡不着。
    现在这些念头没那么大声出来。我也有意识到自己原来一直都没办法放下过去发生的事。在讨厌某个人,不原谅。心里一直在生气,一直在骂人。
    我现在都一直有告诉自己一定要原谅别人和放下过去。但是,不懂为什么,还是时常听到心里还会骂那些人 。
    想请教老师,我这些念头好像跟了我20年了。因为我念经时,时不时会听到某些念头是一样的。不过,骂人的念头是在静坐后才发现的。事情都发生很久了。我以为自己放下了。可是,心里却是一直骂人,自己都没发现。
    我该怎么做呀?一想起,心里就自己骂人了。好像不受控那样。请求老师指教。
