    Sharing here another meditation from my 21-day meditation retreat, again this is best listened to when you can make some sacred alone time for yourself, an hour is best. Shortly after the initial work in with consciousness, we can follow with meditations that ground us in our individual being or/beingness. This eventually develops into a clear and steady experience of our soul body in both sitting meditation and in vigorous activity. The benefits of meditation can often be felt as short-lived, where initial peace gradually becomes a return to the old self and old ways. This can be helped by establishing ourselves firmly in the energetic continuity, solidity and depth we reach in sitting meditation. It takes time, but eventually the peace and stillness awakened in meditation become our inner bedrock. Enjoy! With love, Avalon xo

    謝謝老師,很棒的靜心🙏❤老師請問在靜心時,頭內有很多氣脤,又緊緊的,有時候會很痛,是不適合做靜心嗎? 應該怎麼辦?

      You must do meditation in a very relaxed way, do not activate the do-er too much. You must ensure the back of the head is feeling itself and the front of the head has no activity, it is at rest and not active. Feel a sense of consciousness at the back, until the energy awakens, then feel your sense of self relocated to the back. If there is tension in the head, you are trying too hard, relax your effort, breath out a few times, and then again only go to the back of the head. If the tension is stronger in the head, then only focus on being until the head is comfortable, then return to yishi benwo later.

      I will try my best . However it has occurred few years already., The energy movement very strong and fast in the head left and right side and sometimes in the back. I don’t know what’s happening . Again so much thanks for your kind words and love you, ❤
