I was diagnosed with Endo, fibroids and some other things i cannot even remember back in 2016. I had to accept i might not have kids, 2020 went to get rid of my fibroids and 2021 fell pregnant. I still had few more but the dr gave me meds to dissolve them. Im blessed with a beautiful baby at age 32. Infertility is hard but im a living testimony that God is a god of miracles. Love and light to u Gee. A great interview this was.

I have met Gugulethu before, such a wonderful person. We spoke very briefly and she told me that I am very lucky to have a child but I she did not tell me why she felt that way. This is probably 2 years ago, she had a strong presence that is why I did not forget her.

Great interview Ursula. I know our country is overwhelmed with GBV, but I feel this is a topic that has to be pushed during women's month too. Our government clinic do not allow women under 35 who are not pregnant to access gyneas and by the time such illness are detected it's too late.

I had flat stomach even though I am plus size and after fibroid operation It took time for me to recognize my stomach...the Gynae said it will never go back to before because it was a hectic operations.....I cried and worse part my scar is visible. Still no child and made peace with it...I am grateful God gave me the peace about it.

This was a beautiful conversation. Thank you Gugu for being so honest and so vulnerable. Infertility is a topic that requires black communities and spaces to be so much more gentle with each other. I hope we are learning to be kinder to each other. #NoInvasiveQuestionsAtGatheringsPlease

Thank you for sharing this and educating people, i have the same situation with less information and I thought I was the only one and I had to question God why, where did I go wrong. Tumelo yaka was questioned. The pain was too much it took me a very long time time to accept this. Thank you so much for sharing. To be honest the thought of it brings back the pain, bad memories and the fact that I don't have a choice as a woman 💔 , so proud of you my lady. Please continue to educate our fellow women 🙏

Ah! What a BEAUTIFUL conversation. Gugu is my homegirl, I've got so many fond memories of our conversations while we walked each other home with our childhood friends - the twins. What a phenomenal woman she has become. Thank you for sharing your story Gugu - so empowering!
Keep up the amazing work Ursula!

I was declared fertile...I wanna be a surrogate mom but I have a daughter and I have concerns on how the society would perceive me after seeing me pregnant and not see me with the baby😊

If you are clear on WHY you want to do it, you will do it regardless... people will always talk. God put this in your heart for a reason
