I do yoga and pilates. I started yoga when I was 19 and I never stopped. I eat really clean, take my collagen and vitamins because of endometriosis, so physically looking after myself is apart of my self-care, my holistic self-care.

Talk about layered. My boyfriend was telling me yesterday that I do too much too soon 😂. I’ll get the gear and equipment and after every menstrual cycle I’m over it. Right now I’m struggling to get up early enough to fit in some movement because I detest evening workouts but I’m not a morning person 😅.
