Could you explain why race sag should be 1/6th of travel, because other sources say it should from 1/4 to 1/3 (25-33%)?

1/6 is for the front.

@@ChuckfromTrueTech That's interesting. I have always read that it would be 25-33% for front also. Now digging in a bit more, it seems that in enduro they are using smaller amount of sag, so the front race sag would be from 10-33% depending on MX or enduro and preferences.
