syed iPhone 11 pro max is not even a qualified comparison to the Note 10+. iPhone 11 doesn't even have a quadHD display for 3 years now. Still using 4GB of RAM, 64GB storage and no more 3D touch and Corning Gorilla 6 Glass. What a shame?
I must say that the iPhone 11 max pro is a great device. Great build quality, great cameras, great software, and longer software updates. I'm a Note guy so I would prefer the note 10 plus. I like having 256g of internal storage expandable up to 1TB, fast wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, the S- pen, a bigger display with no large notch and most of all the many features and freedom Android gives you . But at the end of the day it comes down to personal preference.

I went into Best Buy ready to upgrade my iphone 8 plus to the 11 pro max. Until i saw the Galaxy note 10 plus. Played with it for a minute left the store without a new phone because idk which one to pick 🙃

1st time viewer here. When I heard him say that I paid a lot closer attention LOL. I'm testing out the Pro Max now and if I do get better reception with the Note 10+ I would be blown away. I tested the pro max at my parents and it was the only phone I've ever had to get a LTE signal inside the house. I have had 3G with every other phone. Although the LTE signal I has was weak. I was plenty to make a somewhat clear phone call and iMessage, and google website. Bravo Nick. Excellent work
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the fact that the Note has a large pen in it and still has a bigger screen and is thinner, lighter and same size as the iPhone.
IOS is not suited for practicality so has no place in a Note device I prefer One Ui for many reason And finally with One ui 2.0 the gap in smoothness is closing even further IOS is plain ,boring and u practical and feature lackluster
Who says you have ego buy it out right who does that nowadays sure it will cost slightly more on a contract but monthly payments of £40 or £60 depending how many texts you want and messages and data you want I don't buy outright I can't afford outright but a a phone might aswel go contract that way your paying for the 2 year contract with your phone included in the deal
Fair Human they have identical camera quality, but iPhone keeps their images realistic unlike most android phones including Samsung, and iPhone has the best portrait mode by far
@@thesenate9275 not really the iPhone images are bland and mostly with a yellow tint. They keep talking about Pro users but 99% of users are Mr Joe Average who just want a nice picture out the box. Besides if I want the dull natural picture then I can use Pro mode ( they never conveniently mention) on the note which iPhone doesnt have and I can adjust it in my pretend studio.

Switched to Note 10 plus from my Xs Max.XS MAX had too much reception issues,call drops. Now all those problems solved and i'm so much happy being a note user.

Thank you for your honest review. I've owned 3 Iphones in the last five years and Iam blown out from the Note now. It's the best smartphone I've ever owned. Yes, the Iphone's camera and battery duration might be a little bit better but the Note is multitasking- monster and has much more to offer. The display is stunning, you have a fingerprint reader, a very small notch and better connectivity, the possibility to upgrade the storage or use 2 Simcards and last but not least, the very versatile SPEN. The Note 10 plus is the clear winner here!

True. Although as a long Android user, they still do have better optimization and camera quality on their phones. But yea, if Apple adds more unique features on their phones then I would've gone back to their product..
There is a cycle for Apple and 11 series is the last, dave lee made a video about it, the 12 series has some serious changes and apple also gives 5 years of software update so people wouldn't update iPhone like Android phones, Apple will only introduce features that they are perfected
@@JeyVGaming iPhone isn't about innovation. It rarely invents something. All they focus on is camera, video recording amd chipset. It is just a simple phone that is decent at doing its job. No state of the art tech. They use the same body for multiple phones and it gets repetitve. The newest iPhones go pricier and pricier. There will come a time that users will realize that they are ripped off for their money.
Note 10+ is great but I like the fact that my S10+ is ceramic, which is more durable and attractive than the glass you get with the Note 10+. I also like having 1TB of onboard storage and a memory card for another 512GB. There is not 1TB option on the Note 10+. I use the headphone jack a lot. S10+ has the jack. Note 10+ does not. S10+ also has a higher pixel density than the Note 10+. 523ppi vs 498ppi on the Note.
@@0hkie i recently switched to note 10+ from the s10+. Somehow i think both phone has its pro and con. Indeed the note 10+ are faster and smoother systemwise. But i really like s10+ camera and the wide angle. The lightness and the feel in my hand

I thinks the brushed titanium on apple watch will look perfect with the matte back of the pro iPhones and not with shiny stainless steel .making it lighter too but stronger and denser

Or a high resolution. I think he was doing a straight out the box comparison which isn't quite a fair comparison because Samsung tones the settings down for storage and shipment.
And even then you can see it's better than the iPhone. The fact you have the choice is just awesome. Also, he said iPhone won on battery but if you are running low on the note, and many other Samsung devices, you can go to ultra power saving mode. Another absolutely great and useful feature. So I would give that category to the note as well.
Doesn't matter if it rocks or not in 2019. At least I can use my $20,000 wired headphones on the iPhone 11 Pro and Galaxy Note 10+ like I can on my V30 Oh wait......
The note 8, is a great phone you can get for much cheaper now, and I'm not sure the prices, but I feel like you can at least get an iPhone X or at least an 8 for about the same price
I use both platforms, upgrade both my Samsung and iPhone every year. I was loving my Note 10 Plus. I decided to try something different with my iPhone this year and went from a Xs Max to a standard iPhone 11 and couldn’t be happier. The phone itself it the perfect size. The display in my opinion looks absolutely amazing, no complaints whatsoever. The camera is phenomenal and the battery life is stellar. Couldn’t be happier with my decision. Also, as a weird addition... Does anyone else find the Bluetooth quality on the Note 10 in their car is extremely fuzzy?

Watching on my 11 pro max.....initial impressions love the new space grey colour with the matte finish which I got and also the night mode is even better than the pixel

This is how I would sum it up. If you want a phone for features, business, and productivity, get the Galaxy Note 10+. If you take a lot of videos on your phone and if you do photo, video, and music editing, get the iPhone 11 Pro.
The Note is the clear winner by a country mile. Its not even a comparison. Regarding photos theres nothing in it really sometimes the Note is better and sometimes the iPhone and ive compared both and overall prefer the Note photos. Great comparison.
I owned iphone xs, i really miss my s8+ 2 years ago, for some reasons, and yesterday i bought galaxy note10+ 5G. And i love it! I love the innovation. The apple is very simple for the brand and security.
I think this was a great comparison of the two. But two things, number one :you mentioned that the note could adjust color image, but it also has the dark mode (mentioned) along with blue light filter, color blind corrections, etc. Number two: while the note is natively faster with screen scrolling transitions and app transitions, you didn't mention the fact that you can go into developer settings to further increase the speed of the switching. In fact you can literally turn off transition animation's completely. Paired with high performance mode, it's crazy fast.
When you get bored or nothing to do, Note 10 + will never dissapoint you.. You'll become more creative... So much thing to do with the S Pen.. While iPhone...nothing to do.. Same like before
Both great phones but as a photographer I like the Iphone's image better, just more natural.As for the features of the rest both cameras are very comparable.

The other OEM’s are the same features wise (adding things for the sake of), it simply looks different year to year.
If you go back to the 2017 keynote, the iPhone 8 models were originally the flagship phones for that year. However, Apple knew they needed to show something new. Then they announced the iPhone X with the iPhone 8 models. If they released the iPhone X in 2018, the redesigns would of been 2 years instead of 3.
dash cat it’s so great when I was at Best Buy trying it out it lagged and then crashed and proceeded to not turn on. iPhone 11 pro was butter. I asked if this happens often on Android and 3 customers near buy all said yes. They all said Android lags bad every model. One guy was there returning his note 10. That whole 10 min ordeal made my mind up. Quality over quantity

I’ve asked him what software is the hardest to break through. He said that Apple has the best for consumer grade vs any other pc available to the general public. So unless you’re coding software for a satellite or a government installation for Lockheed Martin I think I’ll be ok with my Mac. How many people got busted in that big drug ring a couple months back because they were using Android and the police with no warrant hacked all their phones? Was it 32 ppl or more. Meanwhile Apple won’t cooperate with the FBI for hacking a phone for a national terrorism ploy. And the phones aren’t open platform like google play store. Much safer.

Great comparison I have the 11 Pro Max 256g space grey. However I totally agree the note 10+ is better bang for the book and a fantastic phone. I just love the simplicity of IOS and the pro max is a camera and battery champ!
If Samsung had something like iMessages, I would have switched years ago. That and security. I trust Apple more than Samsung with my credit cards on my phone.
StepzYT just a little insight apples security is through google just like android phones. google is more secure you have the same settings, you just have to enable them. And this is from an apple user I sell phones for a living but I do agree that iMessage is superior.
I got note 10+ and my friend got thr 11 pro Max and I can confirm overall that 11 pro is overall got it better however wide one on note got a better quality
Both are great and would love to own both. I loved my xs max until i held the note 10 plus on my hands. I gotta admit the note display really made my iphone looks dated. Upgrading to the note was a much more of an "upgrade" for me from the xs max rather than the 11pro max since the screen is still the exact same. However, if you have older iphones then am sure you'll feel much more of an upgrade when you switch to the 11pro or 11pro max :).
I'm so glad you talk about dimensions and weight. I think that is an important factor that a lot of reveiws don't talk about. Because Samsung has a bigger display but is a lot lighter
I don't like how the note 10+ makes skin look lighter. As a dark skin note user I have noticed this and it is really annoying and insulting, as if they believe lighter skin looks more appealing, not cool Samsung, not cool at all.
I got s10 plus when it was first released. I left iphone for s10 but the reasons which pushes me back to iphone is iMessege Ecosystem. Air drop So i bought the regular 11 pro and its camera is awesome. Also keeping s10 plus.
Camera quality is also subjective, most people like a more vibrant saturated color especially in landscapes, and other prefer a more realistic approach, both phones offer different ideas but are both great. Still Note 10 plus
That’s the biggest downfall with Android. You can keep the iPhone for 5 years at Max but Samsung might not even be making the note series down the line.
Forgot about note 10+ wireless share charging is awesome also can charge your watch via back of the phone which is awesome instead of carrying multiple chargers
32poppa savage I also have both phones and just like you, I lean towards the Galaxy Note10+. However, I am keeping my iPhone 11 Pro Max due to better video recording and night mode.
Why I love Samsung is that the note 10+ only cost about 950 euro's now 200 euro's lower than 1 month ago, the iPhone 11 pro is still 1300 euro. Both are 256gb. Wait a couple more months and you can get the note 10+ for maybe like 800 euro, while the iPhone will still be the same price.

I'd say the iPhone 11 Pro Max has better camera color and optimization. The Note 10+ on the other hand, still has better design and features.

There is a cycle for Apple and 11 series is the last, dave lee made a video about it, the 12 series has some serious changes and apple also gives 5 years of software update so people wouldn't update iPhone like Android phones, Apple will only introduce features that they are perfected
@@JeyVGaming iPhone isn't about innovation. It rarely invents something. All they focus on is camera, video recording amd chipset. It is just a simple phone that is decent at doing its job. No state of the art tech. They use the same body for multiple phones and it gets repetitve. The newest iPhones go pricier and pricier. There will come a time that users will realize that they are ripped off for their money.

Note 10+ is great but I like the fact that my S10+ is ceramic, which is more durable and attractive than the glass you get with the Note 10+. I also like having 1TB of onboard storage and a memory card for another 512GB. There is not 1TB option on the Note 10+. I use the headphone jack a lot. S10+ has the jack. Note 10+ does not. S10+ also has a higher pixel density than the Note 10+. 523ppi vs 498ppi on the Note.

I got the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Mid night Green, Yay! I like the note 10 but I need those upgrades. Anyway they are two different animals. I like them both. I’m merging into Apple’s ecosystem. Thanks for sharing your thoughts/review.

Or a high resolution. I think he was doing a straight out the box comparison which isn't quite a fair comparison because Samsung tones the settings down for storage and shipment.
And even then you can see it's better than the iPhone. The fact you have the choice is just awesome. Also, he said iPhone won on battery but if you are running low on the note, and many other Samsung devices, you can go to ultra power saving mode. Another absolutely great and useful feature. So I would give that category to the note as well.

I use both platforms, upgrade both my Samsung and iPhone every year. I was loving my Note 10 Plus. I decided to try something different with my iPhone this year and went from a Xs Max to a standard iPhone 11 and couldn’t be happier. The phone itself it the perfect size. The display in my opinion looks absolutely amazing, no complaints whatsoever. The camera is phenomenal and the battery life is stellar. Couldn’t be happier with my decision.
Also, as a weird addition... Does anyone else find the Bluetooth quality on the Note 10 in their car is extremely fuzzy?
Not mine. No problems at all with my Bluetooth reception in the car

This is how I would sum it up. If you want a phone for features, business, and productivity, get the Galaxy Note 10+. If you take a lot of videos on your phone and if you do photo, video, and music editing, get the iPhone 11 Pro.
The Note is the clear winner by a country mile. Its not even a comparison. Regarding photos theres nothing in it really sometimes the Note is better and sometimes the iPhone and ive compared both and overall prefer the Note photos. Great comparison.

I owned iphone xs, i really miss my s8+ 2 years ago, for some reasons, and yesterday i bought galaxy note10+ 5G. And i love it! I love the innovation. The apple is very simple for the brand and security.

I think this was a great comparison of the two. But two things, number one :you mentioned that the note could adjust color image, but it also has the dark mode (mentioned) along with blue light filter, color blind corrections, etc. Number two: while the note is natively faster with screen scrolling transitions and app transitions, you didn't mention the fact that you can go into developer settings to further increase the speed of the switching. In fact you can literally turn off transition animation's completely. Paired with high performance mode, it's crazy fast.
When you get bored or nothing to do, Note 10 + will never dissapoint you.. You'll become more creative... So much thing to do with the S Pen.. While iPhone...nothing to do.. Same like before

The other OEM’s are the same features wise (adding things for the sake of), it simply looks different year to year.
If you go back to the 2017 keynote, the iPhone 8 models were originally the flagship phones for that year. However, Apple knew they needed to show something new. Then they announced the iPhone X with the iPhone 8 models. If they released the iPhone X in 2018, the redesigns would of been 2 years instead of 3.

dash cat it’s so great when I was at Best Buy trying it out it lagged and then crashed and proceeded to not turn on. iPhone 11 pro was butter. I asked if this happens often on Android and 3 customers near buy all said yes. They all said Android lags bad every model. One guy was there returning his note 10. That whole 10 min ordeal made my mind up. Quality over quantity

This from a Android fanboy. I’ve had many computers and the Apple ones still work. Any other brand won’t even though it’s newer. My first gen MacBook still out performs a newer laptop. Never got a virus on Mac. Any other computer you have to pay for virus protection. Mac is far less likely to get hacked
dash cat it’s better than Samsung platform. My wife’s dad father works for Harris who is a major contractor that works for the government as the lead computer engineer. I’ve asked him what software is the hardest to break through. He said that Apple has the best for consumer grade vs any other pc available to the general public. So unless you’re coding software for a satellite or a government installation for Lockheed Martin I think I’ll be ok with my Mac. How many people got busted in that big drug ring a couple months back because they were using Android and the police with no warrant hacked all their phones? Was it 32 ppl or more. Meanwhile Apple won’t cooperate with the FBI for hacking a phone for a national terrorism ploy. And the phones aren’t open platform like google play store. Much safer.

StepzYT just a little insight apples security is through google just like android phones. google is more secure you have the same settings, you just have to enable them. And this is from an apple user I sell phones for a living but I do agree that iMessage is superior.

Both are great and would love to own both. I loved my xs max until i held the note 10 plus on my hands. I gotta admit the note display really made my iphone looks dated. Upgrading to the note was a much more of an "upgrade" for me from the xs max rather than the 11pro max since the screen is still the exact same. However, if you have older iphones then am sure you'll feel much more of an upgrade when you switch to the 11pro or 11pro max :).
I'm so glad you talk about dimensions and weight. I think that is an important factor that a lot of reveiws don't talk about. Because Samsung has a bigger display but is a lot lighter

I don't like how the note 10+ makes skin look lighter. As a dark skin note user I have noticed this and it is really annoying and insulting, as if they believe lighter skin looks more appealing, not cool Samsung, not cool at all.

Camera quality is also subjective, most people like a more vibrant saturated color especially in landscapes, and other prefer a more realistic approach, both phones offer different ideas but are both great. Still Note 10 plus

Why I love Samsung is that the note 10+ only cost about 950 euro's now 200 euro's lower than 1 month ago, the iPhone 11 pro is still 1300 euro. Both are 256gb. Wait a couple more months and you can get the note 10+ for maybe like 800 euro, while the iPhone will still be the same price.
