      Hi Johnathan,
Thanks for the video! It is definitely helpful. I do have a question though.
      - When you are applying for 2nd job, when they ask for references what did you do or how did you handle it?
      - When you are filling out the tax forms such as W4 and other forms, how did you fill that out?
I believe there’s a question saying “Do you have a 2nd job?” Btw, Can we connect on LinkedIn?
Can you also talk about your sales job? What kind of sales more details?
      Thank you,
      -T

The question about how to deal with meetings never ends. It's really unique to every situation. Your ability to engage with two meetings, your ability to have control over when meetings are scheduled. Meetings where you don't have to talk, etc. It's one of those things everyone has to figure out for themselves depending on their scenario

I stumbled upon your last video a few weeks ago which led me to explore this concept of work more deeply and it has been inspiring. I really appreciate you putting your story out in the world for us to draw inspiration from. Please continue creating more content like this. I re-watched your last video many times, we're all trying to reach that same big goal but we are at different stops.
I want to add I found your take on sales vs engineering very interesting because I am in the opposite boat. I graduated with a STEM degree but I went into software sales bc I predicted it's the better career path for ONE job. This was before I discovered OverEmployment. So now I'm looking at software developers in envy at how they don't have to attend meetings and can just chill after writing some code (perfect for OE). I could just think this because I'm still at the SDR level which is very grindy. Funny because you highlighted all this envy perfectly, that it can go both ways and it all depends.
Congratulations on reaching financial freedom! I hope to achieve that too one day.

About meetings: just have blockers in your calendar, where you... Have to take care of your daughter in one way or the other 🙈
Sometimes you aren't able to prohibit 2 meetings at the same time, but it helps a lot.
Especially if you are in a different timezone - no one will know when school might be over anyway...

Man, discovering your story has been such an amazing shift in perspective for me. I'm currently studying CyberSec and have worked a minimum of three jobs for several years now. Initially, the idea was to get one job that paid as well as all three combined, but hearing your story made re realize that working two jobs remotely is probably an easier schedule than I currently have...and more money (probably) to top it all off! I can't thank you enough for planting this seed in my noggin. You have given me a target to aim for when school is complete. Thank you, so very much.

I’ve been in digital marketing for the past 5 years, trying to work in freelance and then launching an agency….and honestly it was all to become financially free.
I traded the 9-5 for an 8-8 and although I didn’t mind working the hours at all, but the headaches of running a business, finding clients and everything that goes along with it were not worth what I was taking from the business.
This video gave me a lot of hope. Thank you for the transparency man.
I’m considering moving into software development but here in the UK the salaries kind of suck compared to the US - so 2 jobs here would be more necessary. Would you say it could work?

What I'm doing now, in addition to working a full-time job, is contributing stock video to companies Shutterstock and Pond 5. This is totally passive income, the same clips are selling on both sites and it's not a time conflict with the full-time job--I do it in my spare time. The challenge is getting the income high enough to replace my full-time job.

    Thank you,
    -T
