Check out the detailed process on how to use suction tool in HP cartridge
If you have an Inkjet Printer, then it is suggested to go for refilling of cartridge rather than just purchasing a new cartridge which are indeed very costly
There are 2 ways to refill a cartridge - Manual refilling, CISS installation
While manual refilling can be done easily by any one, CISS installation is a little tricky and difficult
If manual refilling is done carefully then in most cases there is no need to use suction tool, but to be on safer side one can use Suction tool after every refill. This will ensure that the prints come out perfectly and there will be no mismatch of the colors

Ha vo ink level show nhi karta after refilling(na printer pe na hi printer ke application me), pta nhi kyo bus new cartridge ko detect karke ussi ka show karta hai, uske liye guess kar sakti ho refilling ke baad kitne pages print kiye honge maine, jaise ek refill ke baad 120 to 130 pages print ho jata hai depends upon kaisa print kiya gya hai (images or plane text) to guess karke refill kar sakti ho....

Refill ke baad kuch time cartridge ko ideal rakhiye for about 10-15 min , uske baad ek clean cloth se cartridge ke output wale part ko( jahan se ink nikalta he ) usse saaf kijiye halke se phir cartridge insert kijiye printer mai ... Aur reset / error light ko 5sec ke liye press kijiye

Please try cleaning the black cartridge's copper processor part with a clean cloth and check if it's recognised by the printer

After refilling hp 678 ink is coming but in computer shows that have to change cartridge.. go for new.. why??
Nice video, but pls keep it short and no need to repeat the steps, again and again, we have a pause and rewind option on youtube. The reason why I'm insisting on these points is that your video content is too good, but when we have some problem we don't have 15 or 30 mins to watch the video to understand and do the steps. If the video is condensed with tips for DIY, then it would be easy to watch and also fix our problems in a short time.

If ink is not coming out than that means the ink is soaked up properly inside the cartridge, you can try giving print

You can buy inks separately - HP gt53xl black ink bottle , HP gt52 cyan magenta yellow ink bottle
Syringe can be bought from any medical shop
