Liberty pistol is best with deflector shield and best to go pistol damage. I use ninja bike with mine, but I use a yellow build. It is fun in legendary and you don’t need to hide. Just need to draw agro so others have easier time. Can achieve this with catharsis
He had a high end one a while back that had Reggie. I'm still trying for the empress pieces. Won't drop with headshot and sk dmg so I can change core, aggravating 🤬
Its....OK....but the biggest thing with the deflector shield is damage is increased with skill damage, and it uses a pistol, so the best that I've found is 4 pc foundry bulwark punch drunk and claws out. All of them rolled skill damage, with headshot as 2nd with headshot mods. You got the gun right, but regulus works well too.
I don’t find people shooting at the shield enough to go tiers. But I did the bulwark one too back in the day. But once I realized how slow at clearing content goes…
Would you recommend making this a non-headshot build, since I'm having trouble with headshots on console? I like the basic idea of the build but the fact that it's focused on headshots won't work for me.
He’s using Determined. The talent is busted, majority of your shots will count as headshot even if you shoot them in the kneecap. Doesn’t matter if you’re on console or PC.

I'm trying to figure out how he got his teir level 6 when I can only go as high as 3 on my sheild

determined doesnt work with deflector (and im using the liberty). Xbox. its okay of some shots land on body with 175 rpm and 8 rounds in the mag.
