Projna, I’m living in a culture that gamer girls are scarce among us. At first I’ve pre-judged your content, but after seen your a few tips & guide videos my mind changed. I’m sorry, for me you are by far the best Div2 content & guide & tips creator of all time. I was playing the game since it first came out, of course quit and returned a few times, you were the one that made me to catch up the current meta & state of the game. Thank you.
It will take 3000 printer filament resources to reach proficiency in any given item. Pro tip: save as many exotic components as possible. Don't waste them on rolling exotic weapons until you get a DTTOOC attribute or going beyond expertise lvl 12 on gear sets/brand sets unless you really use that gear (and by "really" I mean you use it constantly). You'll be scrambling for exotic components as soon as you run out, and you'll see how slowly and painstakingly they come by.
It is certainly very exotic expensive to upgrade your stuff after Level 12. I've got my exotic components up to about 80 and I use them very sparingly. They certainly don't make it easy.
Always good info from you, I just donated gear and weapons I didn't want until I reached shd level 3000 then I played WONY on my mule character back to back and kept donating printer filament into expertise from shd watch points until I reached max.
Thank you, this is very helpful for me💯👍🙏10 levels of practice of weapon = 20 items of that weapon. If you have credits to buy it 20x, this is the another way for increase of practice from level 0 to 10 very quick.
This video is awesome. I’ve been floundering around since I started playing about 8 months ago. I’ve got a zillion questions and was starting to question if this game was too intricate for me. You touched on several key items that shed some light in the dark. Thank you very much. I’ll restrict my question to one per comment. That will keep me straight and hopefully won’t wear out my welcome too soon. My question is about donating. I’ve seen many posts talking about out the value of donation. But, nothing talks about HOW to donate. I can’t figure it out. I’ve tried to mark several items for donation. But they just stay in my inventory until I deconstruct them. Thanks in advance for sharing your experience and wisdom.
Also only high-end (yellow) items can be donated. If you were running on normal difficulty to catch up with main mission progress to avoid wasting time on higher difficulties (as I did) you’ll get tons of purple items and they can’t be donated for expertise leveling. Can only be deconstructed.
Also...to max out gear expertise you put on all six pieces of the same brand and play two rounds of countdown. You will max out the brand set after the second round. 😊
The problem with this is that you’re now a detriment to the team because most of the sets are hot ass. I know this because me and my cousin take turns doing it when we queue up 😂. Plus you’re liable to get kicked for wearing bullshit. So we make a load out and just swap to it once the game starts and just play follow the leader
@@HPonOne its countdown it's not a big deal. At this point in the game people just play countdown for gear. I dont get why they would kick you. Unless you're a complete di*khead. It's the fast way to make any gear proficient
It's not worth a new player doing a mule . But your actually help full for new players. 🎉 congrats. You keep things simple. Ps I'm not a new player was just scrolling through. GG AGENT ❤
@SwoRD_Gaming_ This is a great video, especially for new players and returning players who didn't have to deal with expertise. Also, what I noticed for this summer event, is you can get the Cooler to LVL 10 fast AF, just by logging in and out and donating water, I'm sure it's a bug, but I noticed it with my 4 characters that I already had the cooler, but when I logged back in yesterday, boom, I was able to donate water for all of them again, and then today same thing.
@@SwoRD_Gaming_YT Try it out and let me know if it works for you, every since I completed day 7 of the summer event, every day after I've been getting a Cooler just by donating water.
@Custom60625 I can confirm that it works. My friend told me about it yesterday, so I've been donating them to friends who haven't done the projects yet.
3:51 On PS5, do not donate all as junk. My clan has found that if you do items are not counting. Unfortunately, the system has been only counting 2 or 3 items when doing so, and the rest of the items were just being deleted without receiving the XP points.
I'm a returning player and this video was really helpful because they added the expertise system just before I stopped playing and I never really understood it. Also didn't know you could fast travel back to Washington now. I still don't know what being proficient in an item does for me though. Now, if you could just give me some hints on clearing level 3 checkpoints since they nerved all my favorite builds (like aces and eights), my life would be perfect. Mostly.
Good to see you talking about it, but I hate this expertise since they added it. I have a weapon to level, so I put it on me as secondary. I was informed just having it on and going around the open world completing stuff will level that secondary weapon, but it seems NOT! The weapon don’t even reach “1” level. It’s like have to be actually using it. Expertise dumb. “Tom Clancy Breakpoint” here I go back to. I should’ve never left.
Great video. Very helpful. I did not understand one thing though: why do we need a mule character? Why can't we use the technique to deconstruct printer filaments on the main character?
Thank you for helping out with your videos. Question: I have been using the filaments to gain expertise but only now noticing that my other items are going down as well(like steel, plastic, carbon fiber, etc). Is this normal? I had not noticed this before but haven't done the filaments thing much before.
Ahhh so instead of desconstructing items, once you select all the ones you dont need, you goto the expertise tab and click donate as junk instead of just deconstructing them.
do you remember what you did to make your division agents face like that because i just unlocked the barber at the base of operations a few weeks ago and been wanting to change my agents face since the start of the game
i am a returning player also and struggling with that expertise system, i currently have 2 other characters, but seen in your video i no longer have to complete everything in NYC to get to 40 and that you can use your friends to power level you, how does that work?????
All you need to do is fast travel back to Washington as soon as you create your character. Then have a friend power level you who is already level 40, preferably someone who is geared with a decent watch level. Then they can carry you through invaded missions or spam the Lincoln memorial mission since it's very quick.
Some categories for me, no longer allow me to donate. Why? I have the AKM at a %3 buff and can no longer donate dupes. Same for my St Elmos shes at a %3 expertise buff and can no longer donate. 😢
That Countdown mission is a waste of time. Ran it as said, targeted loot assault rifles, on challenging. 1 drop all mission and then then when Mission Complete came up I got no XP????
I'm on pc, with a controller and when you I mark my loot as junk it puts the trash can on them,Then when I goto expertise menu I select donate all junk nothing happens. And I've watched your other videos on leveling up and donating Fillament paper. What can I do ?
If its's already at max proficiency then you can't donate that item. It only donates those items that still needs leveling proficiency. Just deconstruct the rest.
That just means those items are already at max proficiency, hence why she is suggesting using printer filament to donate to items that are harder to acquire, like named items and exotics.
I’m still waiting on the part where you explain how to skip the grind to level up the expertise bad choiceof words I was waiting the whole video to already hear everything I know lmao😂😂😂😂 that shit is a grind no matter how you do it.

U just need people with a little game sense insted of their brain up in their butt
I think that this expert thing is a big bullshit, I think the developers have never played this game and understand how many hours of play it takes "just" for the level 26th
Any guide suggesting players severely weakening themselves on Countdown by using excessive amounts of a brand set just for proficiency earns a dislike from me. Don't foment a culture of freeloaders. My clan and I kick every single person who does this. Everyone needs to carry their weight equally. Bad advice that's unfair for everyone else.

As someone who only recently came back to the game and was quite confused about how expertise worked, this helped quite a lot. Thanks. 😊

After hitting lvl 20, it drops to 90. It's due to the quantity of items left to get proficiency lvl10
