If in declined position the base can't be adjusted to the back seat angle then in the long run it will affect your spine and lower back..if you could make that part also adjustable it's a perfect one

So why dont to take 2-3 k as advance and remaining amount after delivery... jara dar laga rehta hai ki paise dene pe bhi product nahi mila to mera sara paisa dub jayega.. i hope you understand..
