2:02 "Unfortunately yes" ? Some of the best pilots and people in the aviation community are women. But it is predominantly men because its the type of community that men are more drawn to. The mechanical fascination and risk of flying is the type of thing most men enjoy. Yes there a plenty of women as well who enjoy such things, but the majority are men. Its like nursing, women are naturally born to be nurturing. But you don't see people saying its awful that the career is female dominated. The average man and women are different, companies in the aviation community are now forced to hire a certain amount of women when its just a fact there will always be more men in this specific field. Hire based of skill and merit, not off color and gender
If racism and sexism didn't matter at all, they wouldn't be asking how many females or black people join the career, they would be asking how many people.
I think you reading the to hard in this, she means that woman can of course join and yes of course men denominated. If anything appreciated that the company hires and will train all.
Women are constant whiners. Always complaining about this and that, where actually all the doors are open to women. I am sick already of listening this shti what another poor chick is being opressed by evil men!
That was silly, women choose other things in general based on thier interest, if a woman wants to study some thing like engineering or a mechanic no one will stop them, and if they are good they will succeed like a man, its a matter of choice. Women tend to enter health care, law and other fields that is more interesting to them. Men dont complain why most nurses are female for example. Just do what you like.
Ladies and Gentlemen I believe it's time for me to start a channel. I appreciate your inquiries and will revisit with a link. Thank you all for understanding and I've got things in the works. Have a great day

Looking forward to be a licensed Avionics Technician or Pilot someday! 🤞🏻❤️
It's an interesting course 😌 actually studying it
Hi ,will I be eligible to do this course in m.tech if I do b.tech in cse
Why are they talking about race & gender ?
😖 Because diversity trumps meritocracy in this wacky new day and age!
What a joke. Race and gender are actually questions you care to address? Predominance of any race or gender in a technical field is irrelevant.🤦🏻♂️
I am doing my Electronics System Engineering(from Canada). What's could be my best route to go for avionics? Like what can I do as a job?
We need them at my company
Can I get a avionics technician job after getting electrician experience with a trade school/construction ?
Proud to be a Black Female A & P/Avionics Tech. Talk about it👩🏽🔧🦸🏾♀️💯 but those student loans will keep you without a home for a good long while.
Did you graduate at wits (aeronautical engineering)
@@theundefeatedgeneral9071 Thanks for asking. Aviation Institute of Maintenance
@@2girlzr1 can you please tell me about it? Your work experience? How was it?
How do you like it? I have an interview for an avionics technician coming up. I just graduated A&P school and I’m really nervous about it
