  • The answer is very!
We started off at the Buck Inn and turned left past the smithy over the footbridge. We followed the path to Janet's Foss, which was easy and well maintained. From there we crossed the road to Gordale scar. Very beautiful and good path. The Scramble however was extremely wet and slippery so we decided against it. Bear that in mind to pick a good dry spell if you wish to scramble up(grade 1).
The bypass route however was muddy and slippery so we ended up going further out of our way and walked up the road for a bit instead to avoid sliding downhill. Passing the limestone pavements and redescending back into the scar for a closer look from higher up, be careful, slippery. Than made our way towards Malham tarn, which goes over the road a bit and turned left towards Malham cove. The terrain is quite boggy here so bear that in mind. Malham cove, absolutely stunning but extremely slippery when wet. Finally descended into the cove for a closer look and that back to the Buck inn for a well deserved coffee.
    Thanks for Watching!
