Anheuser-Busch: Stop Hoarding, Start Rewarding

This time of year, nothing is more important than family - and that includes your Teamster family.
At Anheuser-Busch, Teamsters take a lot of pride in their work. But pride isn’t enough to pay the bills.
Anheuser-Busch needs to stop hoarding - and start rewarding - Teamster members. The Teamsters National Negotiating Committee is fighting for real wage increases that keep up with inflation in a contract covering 5,000 Teamsters at 12 U.S. breweries.
Josh Blanton works at the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Jacksonville, Fla. He’s a member of Teamsters Local 947 who knows firsthand the sacrifices he and his co-workers make.
“Teamsters at Anheuser-Busch, we’re a family. We want to make sure we take care of each other because we are the ones putting the time in, the sweat in, being away from home. The company asks a lot of us as far as time away from our own families,” Blanton said. “It’s time we cashed in.”
