Beautiful! I hope it's walking distance to Venice mall. We'll consider booking this for my in-laws for their vacation here in the ph from the US.
Great modern unit in Uptown's Parksuites. I would hire a contractor to build a floor to ceiling closet with sliding barn door at entrance were you placed the shelves. Inside the closet, I would built-in all types of storage for shoes and other items. If building allowed, a stackable washer/dryer were the coffee station is in the kitchen. I understand not a sexy as what you have done but every SF is needed in these small studio unit. Storage is always a problem with small units and taking ones wash to the laundry-room or laundry mat is never fun. However, for a short stay it is great due to location.

I guess the Westetn mindset is really different from the Asian/Filipino mindset because here, there is usually a cerenony, or a blessing if you may, for new houses ir soaces before these are lived in. Even a simple ceremony of bringing in salt, and rice is done, but then said that, those are dismissed as superstition.😅😅😊😊Nonetheless, it is exciting to see your business in the Phils. fulfilled.

I hope the place is as good as advertised . I am from the USA. I stayed in philippine for 4 months mostly in BGC in airbnb's . In my 4 months I stayed at about 10 different Airbnb's all in BGC. I have to say, AirBNB's in the Philippines are the BIGGEST SCAM. They all advertise their place as wonderful when you arrive it is a different story. These are just some of the problems I encounter. The UNIT is not cleaned properly. The online pictures are no where near what the actual unit looks like. Toilets and sinks don't drain properly. In almost all the units 9/10 the bathroom has a sewage smell. Hot water from the shower is not hot or sometimes you get no hot water. Ants and cockroach in the unit. The couch, rugs and carpet are disgusting . Weird smells like fried food or garlic smell in some of the units. All the units I stayed the fridge was a disaster. The fridges are terrible they hardly cooled down enough to keep food fresh. I was afraid my food will spoil using some of the fridges. The worst part is all the Airbnbs in BGC are overpriced and not worth what the owners are charging. All the owners care about is making a fortune. They don't invest in improving the units. The goal is too quickly turn it over to the next customer. They all claim their units have no issues until you arrive and it is a disaster. I have vowed never to stay in an Airbnb again in the Philippines. Airbnb should actually shut down all Airbnb's in the Philippines until the owners improve the quality of the product they are advertising. If you planning to visit Philippines AVOID AIRBNB'S COMPLETELY . IF YOU DECIDE TO BOOK AN AIRBNB YOU WILL REGRET IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE USED TO CERTAIN STANDARDS IN THE STATES. ASLO BEWARE OF THE REVIEWS. MANY REVIEWS ARE DONE BY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS TO LURE YOU INTO STAYING THERE. A LOT OF REVIEWS IN PHILIPPINES ARE FAKE REVIEWS . Go stay in a hotel. You will get hot water from the shower, room service daily, no sewage smells, rooms properly cleaned. You may not have a place to cook but there are many great restaurants you can do take out.

So Kim is dual Citizen?? because foreigner cannot buy property and do business unless they have Filipino citizenship or Filipino spouse . I'm not sure but it's nice knowing and to be educated.
Foreigners can own condominiums as stated in the Philippine Condominium Act
I believe the condo unit is for her mom and she just design the interior of it. And yes she is dual citizen. Watch their previous vlogs before moving to PH for her citizenship and the kids. And foreigner can actually own a condo unit but not a parcel of land property or businesses 😊
