These two are very different, it mainly depends on your talents and interests. BBA is a very broad degree, so it’s hard to tell - what do you want to do if you get BBA? As for microbiology - there aren’t as many opportunities as with BBA, but most are likely better paid than many BBA career paths. Having a CPA would definitely boost your chances of getting a job, however, a certificate alone will not guarantee you a job. You would still need to smartly craft your resume, apply for the job that fit your experience the most, and network to increase your chances.
