check its refund replacement policy ...if ordered item has return policy , you can send it back before window period mentioned in policy ...if ordered item has only replacement policy , then you cannot do anything ...the maximum you can do is order a replacement

After you've selected the refund option, you can also call them just to verify that the process was done correctly.
