A simple mistake to make when you’re busy. Have you got any more events to do? You guys have been smashing it out! Such a busy time for you all. Another great video 🌈
Great video as always. It was neat being able to look at this one from a few different POVs . I always look forward to new videos from you guys. My health is not is mot always the best. I'm in a wheelchair so i can't always get out of the house. you videos are a big help when it comes to passing the time on the bad days when getting out of the house is not possible. It seems like you guys have fun together and you make it fun us to watch too
We are feeling grateful to be a part of your day! Sending blessings your way to have healthier better days for the holidays❤️ Truelly means the world to us that our videos can help on those bad days. Thank you for the support of our family business❤️
That's a nice job to get a catering job out of business your wife jail is a professional she talks to every customer with respect Brian you and Joe and Zack work hard together you solved the problems when they didn't give you the right amount of rules
Hey guys I noticed people handing you tickets instead of Cash or card when placing orders. Was this some sort of private party event? I get the impression that certain things were paid for in advance and those tickets for the way you guys knew that (? )It looks like the the tickets help to give you some sort of idea of people who belonged at this event ( ? ) this looks like a very well planned private event
Your exactly right. This was a employee appricaition catering for a highend resort. The Tickets were give to keep track of how many employees were ording food, then we got paid per ticket at the end of the catering. We do this every year for this resort so we all work together with no issues. Thanks for the question❤️
I'll take forgetting supplies any day over other stuff that could go wrong in a kitchen. One young guy at a local restaurant got badly burned with boiling water and will never look normal. It was traumatic for all of us eating hear him scream in pain. Good thing he's optimistic and cheerful his doctors took care of him from what I see on his instagram
The Kitchen is a dangerous place. We always tell new staff the fryer is our most dangerous piece of equipment. Having burns across our arms from all the hot equipment is almost unavoidable in the back of the house. Sorry to hear about your staff and glad he is doing well❤️
I’ve been watching you guys for a while now and was curious about your elote dog, did you guys change the way you make it I remember you guys heated the corn up, just wondering ❤
Not suppose to drink from a straw after an extraction because you can end up dislodging the blood clot and end up with a “dry socket” That’s something you definitely don’t want to have happen! 🥴
Props to the editor. These multi cam vlogs are fun to watch.
Thank you! We thought it was a great way to add something new to the cooking pov channels. Glad you enjoyed it!
Jill on the fryer was the switch up I didn’t know I needed. Hell yeah.
😂 Always great when Jill is running the show.

Yes we did. Second part of this video coming out on Wednesday! Thanks for being so in touch with our channel❤️
What's the brand of buns you use?
We use a small local buns supplier out of North Lake Tahoe ,CA. Delivered fresh daily!

Thanks for the loyal follow❤️ Your right we use to heat the corn , but It didn’t hold well hot and had a more fresh flavor chilled down.
