Lovely selection of Hoyas. I have all mine in terracotta and Pon and they seem happy enough. One of my earliest Hoyas was the Heuschkeliana Variegata (inner variegated) that I still adore and I’d recommend getting, the Bellas and the Polyneuras are lovely too. Happy growing ❤️🪴😊
That is great terracotta worked for you. I does not like me at all. I looked up Heuschkeliana and it's very pretty. I'll have to add that one before the year is completed. I've purchased a few more Hoyas since I made this video. LOL! Thanks for watching.
Hi there, thanks for watching. I'm longing for flowers but I can wait. Excited for the sunshine coming so they can flourish. :) What favorites do you have in your collection?
Hi friend! I enjoyed your video and your Hoyas! I have found that anytime I want to try the cute Hoya in the terracotta pot trend it never worked. lol. I’ve since transferred a lot to my semi hydro mix. They seem to like water more than I ever would have thought in the beginning! Terracotta is now for cover pot only lol. I’ve become pretty hooked on these guys. Your linearis! ❤
Hi there, My linearis is fast growing and now that's it's spring I'm so excited. So you had the same terracotta experience. Crazy, right? Glad semi hydro is working out for you. :)
I love the look of the linearis and krohniana super silver is on my wish list. Your pubicalyx is very splashy and beautiful! I only have a pubicalyx, got it as one vine. The lady whom I got it from said it was a silver pink. It has very little splashing and the leaves come out in different shapes and sizes, not very typically pubicalyx-looking, except for the newest two. Since getting it (beginning of November) I have taken cuttings from it to grow in LECA and now all four of them have new growth! The mother vine too 😊 but I’m only going to keep the ones in LECA and give the big one to my mom.
I actually got an krohniana white and black but it didn't come in time for this video. To get it splashy it need alot of light. That is what I noticed with mine. You're so good at propagating. I like to hold on a little longer. LOL!
@@mixonplantsncrafts haha, I just needed to get it into LECA for my experiment. I prefer to have all the plants this way and give away the ones I have left in soil. I did this to my maranta too and now the momma in soil is in the hallway outside my apartment to avoid fungus gnats at home 😄
That is why I hate perlite so much. LOL The truck with terracotta is to soak it for a few hours to overnight before potting. It will keep it from sucking water away from the plant.
@@mixonplantsncraftsI understand completely. I only use terracotta for my succulents. I have a hard enough time figuring out watering for my other plants in plastic 😂

I'm the same way about those mealy bugs and, its the perlite every Dame time lol. I feel you
I’m glad I’m not the only one 🤣😂🤣😂

Which Hoya in your collection is your favorite? And which one should I get next?
Mine would be the Australis Lisa, I recommend the globulosa, patricia, and obovata.
@@joelh6514 I can't wait for the Lisa to grow. Thank you for our recommendation on the other Hoyas. I'm so excited for this growing season. :)
