Very helpful my man. Any thoughts on adding TB500 to the mix for a tricep tendonitis? Also would you inject into the tendon or the tricep muscle in this case?
it's called the wolverine peptide and it works wonders, I have done both separately but together they heal extremely quick, I had tendon tears along my forearm and within 3 months almost fully recovered normal time frame for tendons to heal is 6months and over. Tb500 (reduce inflammation, improve tendon+muscle aches and pains, promotes new blood vessel growth, regen of muscle tissue fibres ) BPC157 (reducing fibrosis, healing stomach ulcers, helping bone and joint healing, helping with growth plates) so i would def add tb into any protocol if you have tendon issues.
Starting BPC and TB. Been a week now of of surgery from a right pec tear and surgeon had to sew my tendon back to my chest. How much BPC would you take and would you IM or sub-q at the chest or scapula area?
Just watched your video after ordering bcp 157 I been a plasterer for over 20 years and my knees hands hips are feeling it now. What does would recommend please. Will be my first time. I've also got tb500
Awesome Video, thanks so much! I have a question that doesn't seem to have been answered. I recently had surgery to repair a torn pectoral tendon I suffered while bench pressing. The pectoral tendon needed to be re-attached to the humeral bone (upper arm bone) with tiny anchors and sutures. I'm about to begin a protocol of BPC157 to help speed the recovery and help the tendon fully reattach to the bone . So my question is this: What is the optimal injection site in this situation? Just anywhere in the vicinity of the injury (where the deltoid meets the pec)? Or into the pec muscle? And I'm not clear do I inject into the skin before it reaches the muscle or push through into the actual muscle?
How did you go? I ruptured my ACL, MCL, LCL and meniscus and had a full knee reconstruction. Im 9 months into my recovery and struggling with flexion due to scar tissue. Hoping this helps me 😭🤞🏼
I really liked the idea of 5mg once a month. Thats an easy protocol. I have slight tendonitis in my elbows and one minor knee injury. Is once a month still a good idea?
Do you think that daily jabs to belly area would be enough to cover all injuries? You also said not to use a needle again after injecting into the vial, how can you inject after you draw the liquid then lol

@@jedidiahpaki9624 yea pretty well man. "YoU ShOuLD bE aBle to dO tHiS AftEr 3 wEeKs" nonsense), but once I started taking it during my third month i feel as though my healing really accelerated. I had to postpone some exams I was doing and when I took the repeates, my (sports therapy) lecturers were like "wtf you have incredible progress". 😇 So on the basis of how I felt, my ROM, my reduction in pain, the acceleration I felt in the healing, and some of the professional's comments, I would say it went very well. Downside: I got cockey and overexerted myself at the gym, I tweaked it , and that put me out for two weeks. But that was all me. I didn't listen to my body in the gym. And I was impatient. The body still has to heal. Lesson learned. Hope that helps.

I did 20mg over about 6 weeks of BPC a while back and did not not get the results I was looking for. Was I not taking it long enough? I just ordered another 60mg and will do the moderate protocol you showed in the video. Any advise on how much it will take to notice? I’m trying to control a lot of inflammation in my body and fix a leaky gut. My back is really messed up. Thanks I appreciate your time and advise!
@@araze3195I have had a sore back everyday for nearly 20 years. Always stiff, I have recently read the book gut check which has lead me down a potential path of leaky gut causing inflammation. I originally tried BPC hoping I could get relief. I think it may have helped a bit but not enough to make that call. That’s why I decided to give it another try with higher doses and a longer cycle.
Can bpc and tb500 help heal nerve damage? Also, I had a neck injury. The damage has primarily healed but wanted to add this. Can I inject anywhere around neck and traps?
Great video! Thanks! I've never given IM injections before. Is it easy to do or do I risk damaging the muscle at the injection site? Is the only difference the length of the needle? Do you think SubQ right at the injury site might work almost as well? I have a few injury sites that I'd like to fix, I'm thinking of rotating sites. Shoulder, knee (I had a tibial plateau fracture 6 months ago), and foot (metatarsalgia). Where/how would I inject in my foot?
There is a slight risk of damaging the muscle with IM injections, but the risk mainly comes from potentially building up scar tissue over time through repeated injections in the same site. The length and width/gauge of the needle are each bigger for an IM injection. How deep you need to go for an IM injection can vary widely depending on body fat %, injection site, etc. Considering the frequency of injection with BPC-157, I would go the subcutaneous route as close as you safely can to the injured area. I was just watching this to compare dosage protocols from multiple sources, but I have a lot of experience with both IM and SubQ injections for other compounds.
Looking for some advice. Ive got a few long term niggles that i have rehabbed fairly decently but still cause a lot of issues. I want to try BCP but due to life circumstances i cant facilitate daily doses. Will it still be beneficial to take i maybe a higher dose 4x a week?
What is the smallest needle length i can use? Im not great with needles and was hoping to use 4-6mm needles, I had a stroke and would like to use the high dose protocol as I've heard it helps with this ailment. Thank you for your video!
I just wanted to clarify something even though I rewatched it several times... You are saying that it is optimal to shoot the whole vial once a month for systemic use? I have been wanting to try it for systemic use and treatment of general aches and pains from working out that have increased as I get older. I like the idea of one shot a month vs a daily shot, but I can't find anything else anywhere that says to do this. Does the half-life of BPC157 make sense for a monthly shot, and are there any short term side effects to be expected like headache, nausea etc? And great video too!

I’m getting ACL reconstruction next month. Should I use just BPC157 or use it with TB500? Also what is the best way to take these for my injury? Cheers mate
@scotty2324 wondering the same thing. Tore my ACL and trying to avoid surgery so have 157 and TB500 coming as multiple sources have said they have collagen boosting properties that help increase the healing phase of the injured ligaments. Best BPC video I've seen by far! I've always used it subq for acute muscle tears but I've just torn my hamstring and ill try intra muscular. Where in the hamstring would you suggest to inject?
I'm actually one week away from a photoshoot so I'll use the aggressive approach and then back off 😅
If you know which muscle you tore in the hamstring you can just put it in there, but go a little above or below the injury site

Very helpful my man. Any thoughts on adding TB500 to the mix for a tricep tendonitis? Also would you inject into the tendon or the tricep muscle in this case?
Muscle! And tb is very similar application just works through a different pathway so you can do both if got the $$ but me personally
it's called the wolverine peptide and it works wonders, I have done both separately but together they heal extremely quick, I had tendon tears along my forearm and within 3 months almost fully recovered normal time frame for tendons to heal is 6months and over.
@@MSTSystemsis it ok or better, to go straight into the muscle closest to the injury?

Great video 💪 do you have much information on nasal BPC-157?
Hey mate, similar to injectable subq just less bioavailable I guess!
Just inject your anterior delt muscle
How did you go? I ruptured my ACL, MCL, LCL and meniscus and had a full knee reconstruction. Im 9 months into my recovery and struggling with flexion due to scar tissue. Hoping this helps me 😭🤞🏼
I really liked the idea of 5mg once a month. Thats an easy protocol. I have slight tendonitis in my elbows and one minor knee injury. Is once a month still a good idea?
The question is, where do i get it and how do you know what stuff is out there? That's good quality
Do you think that daily jabs to belly area would be enough to cover all injuries?
You also said not to use a needle again after injecting into the vial, how can you inject after you draw the liquid then lol
been looking for a video like this. THank you!!!!!! 🙏
Cheers for the talk, was halpful 💯
Gonna be taking this in a few weeks after my ACL surgery. Hoping it speeds that up and also heals some ligament pain in my knuckles from mma..

How'd you go ?
@@jedidiahpaki9624 yea pretty well man. I was recovering from shoulder and bicep surgury, and long story short, I felt the initial two months was so very slow (comparing and disparing looking at shoulder progress videos online! 😇
So on the basis of how I felt, my ROM, my reduction in pain, the acceleration I felt in the healing, and some of the professional's comments, I would say it went very well.
Downside: I got cockey and overexerted myself at the gym, I tweaked it , and that put me out for two weeks. But that was all me. I didn't listen to my body in the gym. And I was impatient. The body still has to heal. Lesson learned. Hope that helps.

I just ordered another 60mg and will do the moderate protocol you showed in the video. Any advise on how much it will take to notice? I’m trying to control a lot of inflammation in my body and fix a leaky gut. My back is really messed up. Thanks I appreciate your time and advise!
what inflamation/injury you got?
BPC injections are SQ
some say near the site is best, but others (professionals) say it doesn't matter

What brand should is best to go for.
