They are great for speed and races but should absolutely not be used for daily workouts. 0 drop and no toe spring shoes will be your best bet to strengthen your legs and feet when running.

I ran a 4:18.12 in the 1600 meter in high school and a 14:45 in the 5000 meters. I used to be able to run a relaxed 10 mile run in 55 minutes very easy not all out. It would probably kill me to run now.
Kelvin Kiptum of Kenya wore the similar shoes in Chicago Marathon 2023 , set world record in 2hrs35sec , sadly died this February 2024. This runners are more popular now ,came out in January and sold out, can’t get a size 11 or 11& half.

They give me in average 35 seconds to a mile. The most they gave me 45 and the least 20. The smallest difference 20 seconds is in compare to Nike Pegasus 40th edition
If your PR on marathon is 2:01:00 and you think this is the last thing you need to break the WR, go ! Or if you're a fashion victim so that wearing this kind of shoes makes you joyful and happy. Otherwise it's a waste of money. Train good, eat good, sleep good, that's the only path to progress.
For the cost of these, we should all receive them boxed like this!
