Been listening to lecrae since 2006. This man right here has an amazing heart. I’m glad he’s getting on these platforms so people can listen to the Truth and to what he has to say. I’ve never been star strucked meeting a star until I met him just because his music changed my life. Thank God for Jesus Christ
Lacrae is an amazing brother! I had a chance to meet him and watch him perform live at KAA (Kids Across America 🇺🇸) in Golden, Missouri sometime around 2003. The most positive and energetic person I've seen in a long time! He's earned and deserves all the accolades, praise, and success he's getting. #Salute
WOW! That's CRAZY!!! I went from 14-18, then did Women of Destiny at ages 16/17 for Higher Ground! I think this is madd dope because I haven't run into too many people who have gone to KAA.
Couch Tomato They say the world is about to be over every generation. Every war, natural disaster, tragedy, etc. We're still here and will be afterwards. Stop it!
It is ok to be in your own lane and I don't care what anyone says....it's cool to try to be righteous and it's cool to be RELEVANT✊🏽 and like Lecrae has said many times...'If you live for people's acceptance, you'll die from their rejection'. No one is perfect, no Christian is perfect. There's nothing wrong with loving God and wanting a relationship with him. It's cool to know WHO you are and WHOSE you are ❤️❤️❤️
Lecrae has always been humble. You can see God all through him and one thing I love about him he doesn't try to act like he isn't one of us dealing with everyday struggles. He speaks on it and keeps it real. He's inspirational and he's #unashamed. This man has helped me in more ways than one!
@10:48 He a real one for checking DJ Envy on thinking you can't be suicidal if you're close to God. It's true, those who are truly closest to God are the most vulnerable because they aren't trying to cling to ego or materialism which usually softens the harsh blows of life
Envy just don't think about what he says "I would've never thought you would be suicidal because you seem to be so close with God", he's basically saying he thought crae was perfect because of his faith, that made me cringe hard.
Innuendo Hazbarz But he killed himself out of selfishness. It's very false to believe that you would never feel so low when you're with God. Because you're completely real. Completely real. You aren't hiding it with money, you're not hiding it with women. You've got God as your source. If you're close to God he'll keep you from COMPLETELY falling, but that doesn't mean you'll never trip
I love this interview. I've been following Lecrae's music since 2010. His music has helped me immensely on my Christian journey. His music has always seemed to relate to my life from being from the hood to being misunderstood to what it looks like being an American Veteran in this country to feeling like I'm holding on to faith with the last of me to having this new perspective of God outside of religiosity. I feel like Lecrae has been my big brother over the years + I can feel deep within me that I'm going meet him in person to be able to share my story with him + how his music has ministered to me over the past 8 years. So happy that more people are discovering his music! Blessings to y'all for having him on the show!
Shoutout to Lecrae!!! Congrats on the album which I love, and you deserve all of this success you have. You're great example for people on how to act and I'm glad you're so open about your life. Great interview and can't wait for what's next for Lecrae!
Was blessed to discover Lecrae this past year. Bump it in our hood for all....our homies who feel understood and inspired by his music as well as the youngsters who are now able to be inspired to seek a more intimate relationship with Our Creator and ride harder than they could ever have imagined. There is an indescribable power in the truth. Thanks for having the courage and commitment to be on the front lines by shedding light upon the way, the truth and the light.
Dope. Here's my top 5 this year. % just to show my taste in music. 1. All Things Work Together - Lecrae 2. 4:44 - JAY-Z 3. DAMN - Kendrick Lamar 4. ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$ - Joey Bada$$ 5. So Help Me God - Kaleb Mitchell
I support Lecrae. So many times as believers we label people and put them in a box. I always keep in the forefront of my mind this: I am a kingdom citizen. I have to impact and influence this world with my thoughts, my words, my deeds. As a middle school educator, it’s sometimes easier for me to keep ppl out of a box bc I need to teach all kids regardless of sexuality or race. My beliefs allow me to recognize that wisdom is principle. We don’t have to say everything but ppl will know believers by their fruit. Keep up the great work of ministry Lecrae! Love you
I wish the interview was longer. He speaks the truth. He gives great understanding of God. And what it means to love him. Thanks LeCrae! And the Breakfast club.
Absolutely love this, as a Christian artist I know how difficult the spheres of the world are to navigate, pray that you continue to use grace as your foundation in all things
Preach Lecrae I agree and have been saying that the church needs to stop pushing a political party. (You alienate a lot of people from receiving the Gospel.) Politics is not what we, as Believers were entrusted with.
I LOVE LeCrae!!!! I have seen him develop over the years and find himself and transform and I must say that through all of it one thing remains the same. You can tell this man loves the Lord. This new album is everything to me as a black Christian woman and has put him on a new level. The way he put it so boldly on display for the majority of his fan base (which are probably white boys) to see that he is unapologetically black is more than commendable. I haven’t seen anyone who loves God stand up for black civil rights the way that he did and for that he is my new favorite rapper. Long live LeCrae.
MAN!!! I feel him 10000000000000000%%%!!! This year has been that year for me, minus the suicidal thoughts. The depression, disillusionment and frustration has been real!!
His new album ATWT comes from Romans 8:28 which says, ““And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” The entire chapter 8 is powerful and gives context and more understanding. Much love to my brother Lecrae.
Been listening to lecrae for 4 years now dude has grown so much and his concerts are lit af met him and Andy mineo they cool I'm not a Christian but I respect what this guy does for his faith
This interview seemed the best of his lately. Although he still seemed apologetic for his faith to a degree, he seemed more bold than his last interviews. And I concur that it was a good point of us still being human, but it doesn't take away from the fact that God still wants us to live right. I think the danger in saying that we're human, can give the impression that we can still live certain ways and God be cool with us, but the Bible says otherwise (Matt 5:30). And I'm not a holier than thou Believer, but do believe in pursuing and holding to what the Bible says. I used to hustle and everything that came with that lifestyle, and seen what God can do. And not that I'm perfect, but seen the change He can do...Key word being He. I pray Lecrae navigates those industry waters without compromise..being real, yet holding to His standards......Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.
One of the things i love about 'Crae is his open and guineness; his ability to open up and openly admit that he in Christ cause He the best he is in Christ, also that his walk inspires many because of how real he has allowed God to be in His life. also, the reality attached to his mission and message because many can relate and feel hope, or peace, or joy, even in the midst of pain, or depression, or anguish, or loss.
Dope interview. Loved hearing the story of saving the trans person. Loved hearing him speak to the issues of some churches being non vocal about racial injustice while biggin up the churches that are doing something. He shouted out CROSS MOVEMENT!!!! For those who don’t understand how big that is, just go check out some of their music....bomb rappers. Blessing
" My faith isnt tied to nationalism or patriotic acts , God isnt here to save America Hes here to save the World. "
Really hit me hard.
Alicia Spearman what time in the video is that
Also, 18:46 when he says, "People are gonna get to heaven and realize most people aren't American and don't speak English and are not white".
Been listening to lecrae since 2006. This man right here has an amazing heart. I’m glad he’s getting on these platforms so people can listen to the Truth and to what he has to say. WOW! That's CRAZY!!! I went from 14-18, then did Women of Destiny at ages 16/17 for Higher Ground! I think this is madd dope because I haven't run into too many people who have gone to KAA.
1:40 no man knows the day or the hour. We in the last days though. Treat every day like your last, if you don't know Him yet, get to know Him.
Couch Tomato 💯
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
Couch Tomato They say the world is about to be over every generation. Every war, natural disaster, tragedy, etc. We're still here and will be afterwards. Stop it!
The bible is not scientific truth, its meta-truth. The hero myths exists in several religions
The 4 gospels of Jesus claim to be historically true.

Rebel still my all time favorite album from him
Antwain Toombs #1 in my book. Hands down. Others put gravity up there but I put rebel up there
I put a mixtape at the top personally, I still bump "church clothes" front to back, no skips.
This is one rapper I wouldn't mind my future child looking up to. Such an amazing guy.
Huh?

Man Lecrae amazes me so much. God has used this man in so many incredible ways.
10:55 *Amen , people think all Christians are always happy and perfect , we go through struggles to, we grind , Lecrae always 100*
Stop but don't you think if people taught that way there would be more Christians ? I don't agree with that statement
Jay Alexis *Well believe whatever you want , that’s up to you, I’m just saying how I feel*
Jay Alexis
We go through it because we love and believe in Jesus. If you want to be saved that’s between you and Jesus not Major Loc.#withlove
Thanks for transparency
