Could you guys do a video on home made fruit leather/roll ups for the dehydrator mode? The recipe in the book seems incomplete, just says slice the strawberries and pop them in the dehydrator.

In the advertisement, it shows that you can dehydrate different items using the 3 different racks. However, in the recipe book it says you can only use the middle rack. Any comments?
