Sad news though hardly a surprise at this point. A great loss for those of us who love the dance part of Ice Dancing best. Hopefully they will continue working in Ice dance and inspire younger skaters to also focus on ice DANCING.
They are as passionate as lovers and as comfortable as best friends. They are aware of each other all the time. We will not see their talent again for a long time.
they wasted their best years already..At olys they were in their best form. And they stopped competing/ they never moved better, the never danced better . They shoudl be competing in Grenoble , France in two weeks. Such a waste. Now americans will be olympic gold medalist,compare them to french.
You sound disappointed and want things different, but I am sure that their decisions were very difficult and complex. I will hope to see them skate professionally.. They're always an amazing team to watch.
