I'm not an ice skater but i feel like ice skating has a sense of freedom to it, being able to fly above the ground is such a beautiful thing, it feels like an escape from the real world to a world where you can spread your wings and let go of any boundaries
Ice skating is amazing for stress. You really do feel like you're flying on ice. I do it at least once a week.

Не натянули на золотую медальку судьи. Выступала в целом прекрасно, выложилась на 110%, но не сложилось. Четвёртое место в короткой и второе в произвольной. Обидно. Понервничала, резко высказалась, что вполне понятно. Вообще не вижу в этом катастрофы. Никто в этом мире не обязан жрать радугу и срать бабочками. Она - живой человек. Причём участвует в достаточно жёсткой гонке. Опять же, не хотелось бы, чтобы из-за этого между девушками чёрная кошка пробежала.

There's a difference between an average Joe kicking a ball in a net and a proffessional athlete who trains every day doing that. If it were easy we'd all be footballers.
Whut Dafeq soccer training for pros is extremely similar to training for regular ppl. To play soccer, you just need to be able to run and shoot. To figure skate, you need to be able to jump, run and dance, all on a blade that’s about a mm thick.
I think I can safely say being a professional soccer player is far easier than being a professional figure skater.
The only reason soccer became so popular in the first place is because it is so accessible.
@@bente1695 as someone who trained soccer for months and STILL sucked at it, I can safely say it's not nearly as simple as just "being able to run and shoot". Granted I can't skate but I've seen kids a quarter my age that can easily skate and jump and dance on a mm thick blade. How about instead of calling one sport easier than the other, we agree on the fact that that all sports are hard to perfect on a professional level.

She is such an incredible ice skater. I have a friend that’s a professional ice skater so I know how hard it is and all the time and work that she has put into it all. This girl is incredibly strong, athletic, agile, talented and extremely hard working amongst other things. Hats off to her. Love the outfit and hair it goes perfectly with Sia. Listening the sound of the music and watching her on ice, I saw her unstoppable. Her performance is so amazing. She really matched her performance with the music...both in the perfect rhythm.
She thrived here, I never understood why they didn't create a similar FS for her. This upbeat, fast-paced music seems perfect for Sasha since she isn't a typical graceful skater, she is way more athletic than any other skater.
