- Welcome back ColeArmy! HERE is my 8 minute follow-along core workout for runners. I do this 2-3 times per week as a low impact core strengthening and stabilising routine. I love this workout as it works each part of those anterior core muscles and really helps to improve your running economy!

I've followed the previous 8 minute core workout for several months - I like the 20 second format. The 40 second side plank on this one is going to blow my mind. Might have to listen to a podcast during that bit 🙂
