I think this is one of my new favourite videos you've made Chuck :) I always miss Thailand a bit when you guys eat, shop and are having a good time, but the beach where you're at now, the clean water and the little diving-shop made me want to travel right now!! Not wait until I can take a month vacation from the job haha. Ooh its gonna be a loong winter *sigh* Loved the 4 x jump on the beach and the flashback to Bryan´s "secret" beach in Cha-Am 555 I´m pretty sure he misses that :D Best wishes as always, take care and have an awesome trip :)
All you need is a fishing rod or two. The jetty looks good for fishing. Very good, very good, very good. Good shoes for walking on the beach, lucky you saw Paige wearing it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I was sat in a cottage next to the beach in Bali, it was beautiful. I was enjoying the relaxing sound of the ocean when kaboom a coconut hit the corrugated tin roof!!!!!!!!! F me it scared me to death...
Ive never walked near a coconut tree without looking up since...

About the DJI drone(Mavic Pro is recommended), it's great 4K Video. Easy to handle with your cellphone on the controller. From what I checked you do need permission and a license. It adds a whole new view to your photography and to us enjoying Thailand. Your clips and experience adds lots of fun and we will be visiting Thailand in December. Cheers!!

Coconuts - One hit the ground on the opposite side of the road from me just near Nong Prajak park in Udon this summer. It is one hell of a bang when it hits the concrete. It didn't even break. I was pretty cautious after that. You'd be doing more than rubbing your head like Stan Laurel.

Personally I thought it was ruining an otherwise extremely tranquil setting. I can see how it would be an asset for aerial views, but I like your videos *just the way they are*... Koh Samet Is beautiful White sands, I love it to, It is an easy cheap ride however you choose to go to the other Islands. Kho Chang has excursions to the other Islands or a speed boat right to a resort in Koh Kood. Tell her it is easy to do everything with no hassle. Just gotta have the time. Good luck. Beautiful beach. I know a couple of people who have the DJI Mavic and are pretty happy with them. DJI is a higher end drone. I recommend starting out with a inexpensive drone until you get the hang of flying it. It's less painful on the wallet when you crash or loose an $80 drone than a $300 drone.

they have a lot of drones now, a lot cheaper 30 mins flying time, good cameras, and other features, I normally see a lot advertised on fb, but you can always get the new maverick at about 1000 dollars

I just went through the process of getting a drone license to fly legally in Thailand. If you put it in Paiges name you will save some money as Thai people pay less. Also if you buy the drone in Thailand and register it in Thailand you’ll pay less insurance then someone like myself who is bringing their drone from Canada. I used an agency, paid a little extra, there is a mountain of paperwork and the total cost was around 300$ Canadian incl insurance

Chuck went it rain hard or rains for several days depending where your at, how do you eat since you eat out most of the time. Especially when it floods. And you can't go out. Do you have can or cup a noodle soup with you?
