Just saw ur video on Koh Kood . Going there this weekend and visit Ao Noi beach. Nice to see ur videos and get an idea on what some of these places are like . I’m sure we will enjoy all of the beauty of Koh Kood .

Koh khood is awesone definetly must visit if in thailand. I can personally recommend the tinkerbell hotel.

I was in Thailand 2 weeks ago.. Leo is a lot like Budwieser, Singha is more "Hoppy" like a Samuel Adams. And Chang reminds me of a poor man's Heineken. But, that's just me.. Everyone has different tastes in Beer..

I was on the ferry from Samui last week hoping to get some shots like yours. Pouring with rain and awful visibility that day so very jealous of those great views you managed to capture.
Happy memories. Spent a week in February there. Mornings on the beach. Afternoons exploring on the scooter and then watching the sunset in one of the bars. A truly wonderful island!
Enjoy your trip. Lucky those students not on the same resort. That will be noisy.

I am watching your reports on a giant 55 inch smart TV and so I really do appreciate the high quality HD camera and the stabilizer that you use. You are a lucky man. I love Thailand as well having been visiting since late 1980's however since I had a life changing experience 9 years ago I have only been able to make it back once and that was earlier this year. Anyway, love your work taking me to all the places I remember and some I don't. Paige is sensational and I hope she appreciates you - I am sure she does. Love the mafia too, Take care mate. Captain cook resort is amazing also tinkerbell and the fisherman's hut does good barbecue fish and reasonable too the island is paradise with the top rated resort in the whole of Thailand , if it's good enough for the Pitts and Beckham's it's good enough for me🇬🇧🇹🇭🇬🇧🇹🇭🌶🌶🙏🙏
Thai beaches are in my heart. My early trips to Thailand were to Samui then Phan Ghan, followed by Phuket etc etc. I will never forget my first beach experience in Thailand was Koh Samui and the cost was 100 baht. Yes 100 bt right on the beach and about 10 to 20 meters from the ocean. East side of Samui Chawang Beach. Then one day along came the surveyors and sure enough the following year the old wooden bungalows had been replaced with concrete bungalows and were 1000 bt up. And that would have been about 25 years ago. Air con etc etc swimming pool ... all for the package tourists from Europe. The tsunami that hit Phuket and surrounds kinda put a dampener on living on the beach though in the gulf of Thailand I am sure it would be ok. I soooooooooo miss Thailand and its beautiful beaches.

Great video. The ferry tickets seem much more expensive compared to other Island crossings. I wonder why, but it's so beautiful it doesn't matter.

I stayed in Koh Kut for 4 days in Feb and stayed in a hut in the middle of a coconut plantation, and it cost just under 1,800 baht per night. Whilst i had no complaints with the accommodation the fact you were right on the beach I'd say your accomodation is very good (similar basic room to mine). I suggest you check out the restaurants near the plane in the centre of the island, the BEST food I've ever had in Thailand (but bloody pet mak mak!). Great video, camera exceptional.

Tried to get there years ago but was stormed off, we made it to Ko Chang though. Took the pickup over with us. We also went to Ko Mak next door and loved it. Very quiet and clean, would definitely recommend it.

I have many questions. Could you look at some the Handicap access. Do you see a way to get a ride from the dock to the hotel ? I want to spend some time at the beach, but access can be an issue for me. Any ideas welcome.
