Not anywhere, but if you are on a frozen lake, sea-coast or river and not too close to the land, you can decide where to dig the hole.

Разработчики убрали ее из игры, потому что люди плохо отреагировали на её реализацию. Обещали переделать её поведение в течении нескольких недель
