I called him and said "Bro, you didn't leave the game, you liar" He said 'im eating rn, i am not on Minecraft" I was sure he was pranking, the head of the player was moving. Then to my horror he showed a screen shot, to prove he closed Minecraft and also sent a one time view of him eating....i came back again, and decided to take a screen shot. Since its mobile, when i slid my fingers, the screen went up, and i couldn't capture the player. The player stood there for some seconds and then left.., Is this a bug? Because his head seemed to move, wherever i walked too. This happened on October 2 2024 on version 1.21 something

The protagonist's perpetual appearing in his house could be theoretically connected to this. Also, it could also mean that this is his first dream of every single night, where the dreaming in the room is also common, people just don't remember it.

I notice that in one of the tabs at 10:38 in Jude's browser it was NF's intro 3 where Nate was trying to get rid of someone (his fear) but at the end of the song his fear got rid of Nate. So what if Onar was Jude's fear and the blue guy was his calmness. Or it could be just a coincidence and that's what I think at least.
Actually Intro 3 is about Nate getting rid of his fear, burying it along with his problems. Anger is stated to still be with him but locked up in the 'basement' in the house that is his mind.

The way that Onar's avatar looked, it reminded me of Dream Core, The Backrooms, Liminal Spaces, etc. So this may tell us he is 1. Not a Real Player | or 2. Onar is secretly stalking after Onar with a secret technique he used before "Joining" despite already knowing what he is doing 24/7 on the server, and the second player *was not Onar.* It was someone else that had joined the server.
Yeah I noticed it too! I got one in my room from a Native American friend of mine so I immediately recognized it. (If you are unaware, dreamcatchers originated from the Ojibwe tribe and are said to ward off nightmares from those who slept, especially the young.)

There was a server I used to play on as a child that is now abandoned. All that's left is the creative plot world. It is a time capsule of 2016, full of Undertale pixel art, Five Nights at Freddys, and statues of youtubers like DanTDM and ExplodingTNT. You can fly around the place for *hours*, looking at hundreds of thousands of plots where kids used to play. It's cute and fascinating. There's tons of roleplay towns and dorky structures. One unfinished build still had signs on it from the builders talking with eachother. The name was Minecraft Partyzone. It used to have a main lobby and other games that have all vanished. It was a huge place for Murder Mystery back in the day.
LOONG Fun fact: I actually did experience something like it was from an arg, when it was like 2019-ish, i first discovered minecraft, my younger uncle bought it for me and we played almost everyday, he left the server then got up to eat, i looked on my phone, there was another player that joined even tho we were in a server that i did not share the ip to, the server was made with a website i do not remember, we had a players online function thing so we know if a player joins or not when we're not looking at the chat, it still says 1 player (me) is online, i chatted "Hello" and he left, immediately after he left my younger uncle came back and we went to play again, pretty weord after like 5 years i haven't mentioned that to him, the server is abandoned now, i played it again back in 2021 but really didn't play much, i also first discovered nostalgia in that time i played the old server back. Note: i still remember the first house we made

Idk why but I randomly got really attached to this and started to draw and give these characters personalities. ONAR: a mischievous phantom who likes to mess with any players entering their world BLUE: kind of “friends” with Onar, but his complete opposite. He tries to keep Onar from the players and distract him is possible JAMES: basically just the mom of the two, keeping the two bickering friends in check. (Also this is probably weird but Onar x Blue 💜)

Basically yume nikki is a very weird game, where you explore 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, bizarre and unsettling landscapes and stuff, all of this reflects the character's psyche. The game is very symolic and liminal. I think it can mirror the protagonist of this arg, to be honest. Edit: oh and i also noticed that the wallpaper (29:36) of the last vid is related to yume nikki too!
A really cool thing i like about Onar's skin is that its just eyes and the impression that it looks like its always watching us no matter what (I really hope i win the giveaway i never got to own minecraft on pc)

i love these types of videos! They're so fun and uncovering mysteries is one of my favorite things to do. ARG's are one of my favorite video types especially if they're made in 2010 or in an old minecraft version :D

Later on, when you piece the three texts together to find an actual video, you should notice that the URL changes after you enter all three parts, and only the second and third texts remain as part of the Video ID (the part after the ?v=). Notice also the length of said ID - very short. The first text is a Base64-encoded link to an imgur page, probably from Onar's perspective, in the house Jude keeps spawning in, but heavily distorted, with the text "they took it from me."

I honestly think it might be a case of a schizophrenia but at an extreme. Jude actually feels and or gets hurt despite it not being real. People with schizophrenia can feel or experience pain from people or things that don’t actually exist. (Pls give me free Minecraft tho-)

At first, I thought it was going to have something to do with yo-kia with Shinigami being there, and I searched for dream based yo-kia and found Yume no seirei a spirit that brought nightmares. The first (and only) theory was that the server was a dream server, and our protagonist was lucid dreaming. And 0nar was another dreamer or something inside the dream wanting out. But that soon got threw out the window and into the void. From there, it got nothing. This is interesting, but I'm stumped.

I feel like this ARG has a lot of notes relating to Christianity and Angels and such, Joshua, James, and Jude all have biblical origins with their names and there are a lot of things pointing towards angels (time being 3:62 which is known as an angel number, etc.)

Minecraft is a game which gets creepier the more nostalgic it gets (at least for me). This unique nature of Minecraft is what makes me like it. The old fog, dull colours, and the fear of literally not being alone and someone watching you makes it a perfect horror game. The newer audience of Minecraft just focuses on completing the game as soon as possible aka. the trending Minecraft phases. You can fly around the place for *hours*, looking at hundreds of thousands of plots where kids used to play. It's cute and fascinating. There's tons of roleplay towns and dorky structures. One unfinished build still had signs on it from the builders talking with eachother.
The name was Minecraft Partyzone. It used to have a main lobby and other games that have all vanished. It was a huge place for Murder Mystery back in the day.

I actually did experience something like it was from an arg, when it was like 2019-ish, i first discovered minecraft, my younger uncle bought it for me and we played almost everyday, he left the server then got up to eat, i looked on my phone, there was another player that joined even tho we were in a server that i did not share the ip to, the server was made with a website i do not remember, we had a players online function thing so we know if a player joins or not when we're not looking at the chat, it still says 1 player (me) is online, i chatted "Hello" and he left, immediately after he left my younger uncle came back and we went to play again, pretty weord after like 5 years i haven't mentioned that to him, the server is abandoned now, i played it again back in 2021 but really didn't play much, i also first discovered nostalgia in that time i played the old server back.

Onar's comment about being comfy in an empty server is kinda relatable... you get a wildly different feeling on an empty public server than on a single player world, even though it is functionally the same thing.

When i was playing MC pocket edition in my mobile,with ny cousin a month ago. We decided to settle on a taiga mainland and some 100 bloks away was a small island. We played for sometime until he left to eat food. He said he will come back

Since its mobile, when i slid my fingers, the screen went up, and i couldn't capture the player. The player stood there for some seconds and then left.., Is this a bug? Because his head seemed to move, wherever i walked too.

ONAR: a mischievous phantom who likes to mess with any players entering their world
BLUE: kind of “friends” with Onar, but his complete opposite. He tries to keep Onar from the players and distract him is possible
JAMES: basically just the mom of the two, keeping the two bickering friends in check.

I think it's important to notice that sublii's profile picture has Madotsuki on it - a character from yume nikki. Basically yume nikki is a very weird game, where you explore 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, bizarre and unsettling landscapes and stuff, all of this reflects the character's psyche. The game is very symolic and liminal.
I think it can mirror the protagonist of this arg, to be honest.

Very well done! One thing though, regarding the first string of text that appeared on the video "hanging out in minecraft", you attempt to explain it as a TH-cam Link? But it's "too short"? Later on, when you piece the three texts together to find an actual video, you should notice that the URL changes after you enter all three parts, and only the second and third texts remain as part of the Video ID (the part after the ?v=). Notice also the length of said ID - very short. The first text is a Base64-encoded link to an imgur page, probably from Onar's perspective, in the house Jude keeps spawning in, but heavily distorted, with the text "they took it from me."
This is an insane find, I had no idea TH-cam URL ID's could be customized like that. Maybe the other text strings are part of other ciphers too.

More lore: James is the username of the richest guy on the REM server, as it was shown when Jude searched for it while saying "Who is the richest?" And James is also the name of the guy who was building the weird platform.
I honestly think it might be a case of a schizophrenia but at an extreme. Jude actually feels and or gets hurt despite it not being real. People with schizophrenia can feel or experience pain from people or things that don’t actually exist.

At first, I thought it was going to have something to do with yo-kia with Shinigami being there, and I searched for dream based yo-kia and found Yume no seirei a spirit that brought nightmares. The first (and only) theory was that the server was a dream server, and our protagonist was lucid dreaming. And 0nar was another dreamer or something inside the dream wanting out. But that soon got threw out the window and into the void.
From there, it got nothing. This is interesting, but I'm stumped.

only other connection i can see rn would be the creator's icon and desktop bg being from yume nikki, which is also japanese with some creatures possibly inspired by yokai, but i feel like the cameos in this are more in relation to the "dream" theming than anything.

Minecraft is a game which gets creepier the more nostalgic it gets (at least for me). This unique nature of Minecraft is what makes me like it. The old fog, dull colours, and the fear of literally not being alone and someone watching you makes it a perfect horror game. The newer audience of Minecraft just focuses on completing the game as soon as possible aka. the trending Minecraft phases. Only the old people know the real deal of going out at night to gather resources while being scared of herobrine...
