My own daughter started to question if Jesus is real. She was 7 years old and she asked me on Easter if the Easter bunny was real, and then she asked about Santa. We were truthful to her. Then she got quiet and whispered, “is Jesus real?” My heart literally broke. I looked around thinking what are we doing ?! Fast forward to this year; we celebrate biblical feasts with other families and honor Shabbat. It’s truly been a blessing. I never want to be the one to plant seeds of doubt in my children’ hearts.
When my sons were 2 and 4 I told them them the truth about Christmas, my mom got so mad at me and said "WHAT DID YOU DO THAT FOR??" Mother, I am learning and teaching my boys about Jesus and The Father Who they can't see either and when my boys get older and learns the truth about santa then they will think I lied about God too.
@T T Satan the devil is using all holidays to deceive the people the same way how he deceived Adam and Eve in the Garden Of Eden. Satan wants us to turn against God (Jehovah) our creator.
Exactly. Children much more than adults will make irrational connections between unlike things, so the day they find out Santa and flying reindeer is a lie, is the same day they may regard God in the same (or at least similar) vein ... a lie adults are telling children. And then never investigate the actual Holy Days appointed by God later in life. What a tragedy.
Disciple of Imanuel It is. I am a living example. I was lied to. I then doubted and turned away from Elohim. Thank Yah He called me and I sought the truth. Not many can say that. Most turn away and are agnostic and believe in the satanic jesuit fairytale of nothingism.
I almost fell into that trap about the lies ... while Im an adult and believe in santa which was a saint as the history goes I also believe in God still ... so Im a grown man and I still believe in santa and God and unicorns ...
My husband and I came to the truth about Christmas when our children were young. We were the only ones in our family neighborhood and even our church who gave up the practice. Both of our children are now grown and have gone back to celebrating it due to pleasing their spouses and not wanting their children to be the odd ball the way they were. It is not an easy road to walk in truth.
I was eight years old when I snuck down the stairs to see my parents putting the presents under the tree. I learned that Santa didn't exist, but I got over that. But what happened because of that, the full and complete trust I had in the two people I loved the most, was broken. Looking back I see how this has had a sever effect on all relationships in my life. And just today I learned how it has effected my relationship with Elohim. I received a message that Yeshua will help me with this. But I wanted you to know, your message is Very important. Parents cannot lie to their children because it breaks a sacred trust, with long lasting effects. Any lie does this, not just christmas. (And I too have gave up christmas, back in 2000.)
I was devastated when I realized all of the lies regarding Christmas. I still remember the confrontation with my mother when I very seriously let her know how wicked the effect on me was. She remembered being lied to herself and many times told me about believing she heard reindeer on the roof as a child. Pretty messed up stuff, really.
Finally someone spoke of the truth. My family wonders why I do not put up any decors and shop anymore. it's because of everything you just said. Amen to that! God be the glory through his son!
Even though the general church has been in apostate for many years thankfully there are many waking up and coming back to the truth of God's Word. Keep speaking the truth!
Daniel Flowers YES and November. I was just in Mexico and on the 22 (November) a set of twin lambs were born and there are two more sheep ready to give birth any day.
Early early Christians had started celebration of Jesus birthday on the 25th of December. I think Ethiopia had... Theorized to be added to already celebrated pagan holidays. His actual birthday is difficult
100% agree with this one Lex. My kids and I have nothing to do with this day, and sadly we are the only ones in my family. I refuse to tell them lies. We are looked at like we are completely crazy, but I cannot condone lies.
KLB I agree! There is a lot of peace in knowing we are following YHWH. It is sad to see the rest of the family just not understand. May YHWH bless you and your family.
Another thing - the lying has been amped up with the Elf on a Shelf thing!! I find that exceptionally creepy to lie to kids and say this elf is going to be spying on you all night and reporting back to santa!!
@Folk Aart Yes my friend. The ark has been found and some secular archaeologists are actually studying it now. It was found back on the 70s but became serious by the late 80s somewhere around there. Blessing!
The 10 horns sat on the head of the Roman republic, to the north like horns on the head of a beast. They were tribes who occupied Europe. The 10 horns got their kingdom with the beast during the Holy Roman empire, for the last hour upon the earth. They have spread out over the earth and became powerful nations. Judah and Benjamin are brothers of the ten horns. We are warned about the Roman religion in Revelation and we are to keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua. Revelation is the last great warning to the 12 tribes of Israel. The religion that calls down holy fire from heaven in a cathedral built by Constantine in Jerusalem, the eastern Roman religion, and marks the forehead from its right hand, the worshiper and administrator of the western Roman religion, is the warning to those living in the Roman principality. Its a warning to us.
That's why my husband and I don't celebrate Easter either only thing we celebrate is Thanksgiving and our birthdays and anniversaries. Thanks for sharing the truth Lex. God bless
You are sooooooo right!! FINALLY I found someone whose ministry is the same as mine and my core beliefs. Keep up the TRUE work. I’m busy working it from my end also . I constantly encourage others to DIG, not just read. The word of God tells us “with all your getting, get understanding’ BRAVO!!! Blessings and Favor to you!!!
I'm agnostic(open/undecided) but ALL of the lies ,gluttony, and exploitation surrounding "Christmas" is offensive to me. I see so much waste of resources and garbage created by this holiday. Even as an adult I can't convince my parents to at least leave me out of their childish fantasy.
Amen, very well said my brother. The devil is a liar and the father of it. Father christmas is the devil. Period. Isaiah 5:20 When we do something in ignorance it is forgiven, when we know the truth and remain in the lies, we are held accountable. And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Amen
I grew up in a Pentecostal church, which spoke against Easter, Halloween, and Christmas and explained that these were paganism holidays. Therefore, when I was 4 years old my parents stop celebrating these holidays for 10 years. However, we did start celebrating these holidays again when I was 14 years old. Nevertheless, I knew the truth about these holidays.
One of the most genuine videos I've seen. I remember learning this and thinking that exactly, why did they lie? Why? It actually made me angry and then I started looking at everything and there were many more...
You are so right Lex! You called it out for what christmas is. It's a LIE! Plain and simple. Keep up Yahovah's work my brother! Keep doing what you're doing!
Absolutely love this video. I was just telling someone this exact same thing this morning. This will be my 3rd year to not participate in this solstice pagan holiday. Thank you so much for spreading truth.
As a person who escaped the brainwashing of the satanic cult they were raised in, you are doing good friend. Christmas was *INDEED* made by the enemy of Jesus, and another name for Odin is: "the father of all lies". Lying to children, and the pagans did ritualistic human sacrifices on this holiday, *AND* on Easter! God Bless everybody here, God Bless your families, and God Bless your wonderful minds! Be filled with the righteous knowledge and spirit of Jesus!
Yes,100% right! We should never lie to our kids.I remember it was such a trauma for me around the age of 7 when my father was telling me some stories and fairy tales from Greek methology and I really believed it of course and took it for real. But my father was just hoping to entertain me with some stodies you know..I asked him if its true even..He said yes it was..)When in few years I found out it was all a lie that was very hard to understand why my father would want to lie to me. That was really traumatizing for a child's heart..because they are trusting so much and believe whatever parents are telling.
One day my son that was 11 yrs old at the time brought to my attention that the spelling of santa is Satan when you take the "n" and put it at the end of santa.
Belva Goudeau my daughter told the kids the truth they are 9 and 5. And my 9 yr old grandson said he was upset he didn't know sooner .., I’m so glad she sat them down and had that talk
I agree 100%! I've been convicted of this a lot this year and I no longer want to celebrate. After celebrating all my life and all of my children's lives, how do I explain this to them? Is there something I can do for them instead? I thought about Hanukkah but I've read that it has pagan roots as well when it comes to the festival of lights. I've read that that was also a pagan tradition to worship the sun god. This is a very touchy subject in my family.
Amen !! I was rebuked because I wouldn’t allow my children to participate in a friend of the family Christmas party surrounding Santa Claus and told my children remember this is all fake, so my kids explained it to the other children and it all came back to me! Also keep in mind these were all so-called Christians!! Saying I took it too far....lol
I, too, find it completely ludicrous how a believer can partake in such a well-known pagan holiday and claim to be Christian. I mean, it's so clear in the Scriptures we're not to learn the way of the heathens and worship their gods. I thank Jehovah that there are people like you who help spread truth and strengthen our relationship with our heavenly Father.
@@mrg466.... "Never born on X,-Mas, just another of many lies, and spread by false religion!"..... are you saying that the "lie" is Yeshua was "Never born on X,-Mas" ??..... or, what are you meaning there? Just asking as am not sure how to "read" that. Thanks.
@@Romans--bo7br Like Lex said in this video, Christmas has nothing to do with Jesus, nor Jehovah, it is unscriptural! It is supported by false religion! Furthermore, it's origin goes back even before Jesus was even born! Simply read Jeremiah chapter 10,...it will tell you its traditons have been around long before Jesus, and Jehovah hates those traditions! But like Lex said, people who claim to be Christian, are lying to their kids, because they support a lie! And to mix Christmas in with Christianity, is an insult to Jesus and his father! And once again... it's totally unscriptural!
@@mrg466.... Thanks for your reply. I was only asking you, what I did... because the way you phrased it was somewhat misleading and caused me to question the exact meaning or intent of your statement. A simple Yes or No would have sufficed in answering my simple question to you... if you had read it with understanding. I certainly didn't need to be "schooled" in any Way, Shape or Form on what was said in the video.... I've been well aware of all this for nearly 60 years, since my early teens and have spent countless hours over the decades, digging into the roots of the deception and lies of all of it, along with many other western church taught lies and deceptions. @@Romans--bo7br Can I assume you once called yourself Silo? In anycase, I am in agreement with the statement made above! I'm also in agreement with Lex. However, I do not agree with you or Lex on the (added Trinity)! Nor do I believe Jesus or Yeshua is YHWH, or aka Elohim, or in English Jehovah! In fact scripture tell us Yeshua and YHWH were (both) there at Mount Sinai! Clearly two separate beings! Furthermore, Yeshua himself said he lives because of his father! Also how did Elohim identify his son at his baptism? Did he not say clearly, this is my son, listen to him? I am sure we can go at this for days ,...but I'm not planning on it, but I will still call you friend!
Thank you for sharing your opinion! I wish I had known this truth years ago. Sadly I was ignorant until a year ago. Now that I know I can no longer celebrate Christmas and I don’t feel bad about it at all.
Amen, thank you so much for making this video! Even before coming to Torah, I had some reservations about telling my future kids about santa because how they transfer a lot of those beliefs to God.
The lies of Santa caused me to question God in my teens. But i wasn't lied to about Jesus' date of birth. I was always told in my home and church that the exact date isn't known so Dec. 25 is just the time we celebrate his birth. Great video, thanks.
Love how you have presented this issue I have found that this is a hard subject to talk to friends and family about I really like how you focused in on the "lying" part
Great video. We feel the same, and we have come to learn that Christmas means much more when it's not centered on lies. We also tell our children that december 25th i not Christmas, it's saturnalia. If only the CHURCH would follow Biblical beliefs and not the lies.
Why not also tell children that God did not become a baby, nor did God commit suicide in order to forgive His own creation. Christianity in of itself is falsehood
@@MM-mc8hs what in the world are you talking about, teaching the bible is truth if you believe in Elohim the creator , if you don't believe than dont .
@@carolynpalano9284 Correction: the Bible WAS the truth, but it is not the truth currently. The Bible has been corrupted by man. About 10 years ago I had a co-worker ask me why I didn't celebrate Christmas - what was so wrong with it? For me, the lying issue was the most detrimental aspect of the holiday. I told him that I don't tell my children anything that I believe to be untrue. He then went on about how Christmas expands the mind and fires the imagination of the children. My response was that it sets up an idol in those little minds. They set their hearts and hopes on a rollie-pollie false messiah/god figure whom they can see and sit in his lap ever year and ask for "stuff." Not to mention all the other lies that goes with the fairy tale. Once they find out that he is not real, a beloved idol is ripped from their hearts. Now they are once bitten and will be twice shy. Now they will question you as a parent about whether they can really trust your word. You were deceitful about Santa who they could experience - now they will doubt God and His Messiah that are supposedly represented by this lie and Whom they cannot see. Thy myth that is Santa becomes a great stumbling block for many when the truth comes their way at a very basic level of trust. I was very blessed to have parents that didn't celebrate Christmas by the time I was born (69) and we went to the family's first Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) when I was 3 months old. My parents went through many trials as they searched for the faith once delivered and I have been a recipient of such Truth and Grace. It is a Truth that I am hopeful to pass on to my children without the trappings and idolatry that is Christmas.
our pastor is doing a message about how the tree represents Christ in some way. i assume it will be something like...."he was born in a manger which was made of wood and crucified on a tree (the cross) therefore when we look at the tree we remember and worship Him." we are of course not going to church Christmas eve...we are struggling loving the sheep and bringing truth to people at our church who are hungry for the truth but we are having a hard time feeling alone because there is not much of a hebrew roots where we live...at least where we have researched. please pray for God to bring more to the truth to our church and pray for Him to bring us together with fellow truth believers as we are feeling alone. thank you for your channel!
I was one of the very few Christian parents in our church who did't do the Santa Clause lie. I got more flack from my fellow Christians than from nonbelievers. Christian parents were scared that my sons would tell their kids the truth. It freaked them out.
Santa is for people who don't believe in Jesus. I always get into arguments with my sister every Christmas about this subject and she professes to be Christian. I taught my children from an early age about the issue. Some people don't want to deal with reality.
Thank you for exposing the false Christians. They love to say, " we doing for the kids", and God knows our hearts". They gave an excuse for everything wrong.
I would just like to add my personal story here. I know not everybody has the same experience but for me Christmas is probably what led me to Jesus. I didn’t really grow up in a Christian home. My parents didn’t like church because of their own experiences and never took us. Except on Christmas Eve with grandma. When I was little we did the whole Santa Claus thing like everybody else but we also learned about the nativity story and I always loved silent night and hearing about Mary and baby Jesus and the candlelight service. So even though I grew up basically an atheist I always had these warm memories about the Nativity and Jesus. I didn’t hate Christians or really have negative feelings about christianity like most atheists do. As an adult I ended up reading the Bible just out of curiosity and it just grabbed me. So I guess my point is Christmas isn’t all bad. Especially if we try to focus on Jesus.
Your word that cut the cord was “if we try “. God isn’t no half and halfer you are either all In or all out. Satan will use things that seems comfy cosy to lure you in. Don’t take the bait!!!!!!
I always call him SATAN CLAWS because the enemy is snatching people away with this lie People always try to argue with me when they find out I tell my son the truth about these holidays and that we don't celebrate them. What you said about our children doubting us about YHWH when they find out we lied about Christmas is exactly why I tell him the truth now. He may not like it now but, when he's older, he'll not depart from the truth.
My family would always get anoided at me because I was never no fun. I used to tell them this not of God. Fight a battle every year with all these pagan holidays. Yeshua help me.
Santa simply means saint in Spanish. Has literally no etymological relation to the word Satan. Don't be silly. If we anagram God, we get dog, but the two don't have any relation so god isn't an insult. I've seen this nonsense claimed before. It's just a meme taken seriously by some.
world and everything in it has been corrupted and manipulated by the enemy - including languages:( It's crazy, but true because this world is messed up!
i grew up as a christian with celebrating Christmas every year, i wanna keep it . what i celebrate & GIVE THANKS is for the God's FIRST COMING (not Jesus/Yeshua BIRTHDAY party) and why i am so excited ,(like prophets in old testament so excited tell us about the Birth/Coming of the Messiah). n since the bible doesn't give us "the time " of birth why dont we take one day to remembering it (in prayers n praise & worship with family & friends & comunnity). n about santa (christmas tree & decoration, Carols)i never told that is REAL, so i'm not shock & doubting my Faith as i getting older ( it's just a tradition story same as bunny & eggs in Easter /Pesakh/Paskah/Passover) but i respect for the Tradition because is about Creativity ( as long as we tell that it's just tradition of man not the Teaching of God ). i live in multi-culture country, here we celebrating it sometime mix with our tradition (but NOT corrupting the meaning)...i don't wanna be a part of worshiping Pagan days & god but i wanna be a part of people who Celebrating something or days or whatever with good meanings in it (i am not woshiping sun god,but i am worshiping God who give sun, moon, earth n everything for us to live)...Did GOD hates me & my family for doing these ??!! and then what ?? you tell me that i can't celebrate New Year eve because it's not even mention in the bible (c'mon !!)..even New Years eve & morning, me n my family go to Church to Give thanks to God.. that is my opinion, sorry for the English(not daily english speaker)... Shalom/Peace be upon you all
I was lied to as a child and i ipassed it my kids now they grown im trying to fix it now i believe in the word of yeshua! I have a grand son and want to show his parents but they not listen to me
I was never lied to about Christmas, my parents took me to the store and let me pick the toys I wanted for Christmas. I’m doing the same with my children, it’s so much healthier... Never understood the need for all the lying 🤦🏽♀️
Many...many churches celebrate christmas. IT has always rubbed me the wrong way. Especially now that I have investigated it deeper and deeper . All of it is a big bowl of every different cult and religion and paganism lumped together... Then they put Jesus as the reason for the season.. makes you feel better right ? Not sure Jesus is smiling.
On the other hand, people tend to be nicer around Christmas, it brings family and friends closer together, it brings more people to the church to hear the word of God and charitable donations for the needy increase. So if indeed it's a Pagan holiday, God found a way to beat the Devil once again. "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!"
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does NOT believe in this pagan ritual called Christmas. Even Easter and all other man made holidays. Keep God's Holy Days including the Sabbath Day.
I remember being so devastated when I found out Santa wasn’t real. It wasn’t the fact that he wasn’t real was so disappointing, but I had been tricked by the two people I trusted most in my life.
Thankfully, even when we were celebrating Christmas, we did NOT teach Santa Claus. Nor did we teach the Easter bunny at Easter. I am so grateful to YHWH that He opened our eyes to these things and the truth of Torah. I will never go back!
I stopped telling my children about Santa after the first yr of my children's life. But as far as Christmas, we celebrated for many years and I do not hold that against anyone because God sent a beautiful miracle one year. I did choose to stop doing Christmas over 20 years ago but have celebrated with those who I know that do. Good looks at the heart.
For quite a few years I did not do Christmas at all, this year I am celebrating Jesus's birthday with my family who is doing Christmas. I am making a point that I am celebrating Jesus's birthday, and that I do not want anything to do with Christmas. This is a witness to my family, I am considered the sore thumb. I do let it know that Jesus Christ was not born in December but that we are celebrating his birthday.
I serve in leadership at our church in what most would consider “high profile” positions, been in these roles a little over a year. Last year I felt convicted about how we had traditionally practiced the holiday but since it was pretty new to me we only had a toned down version. For all the reasons mentioned in this video, this year we have done nothing “Christmas-y” besides occasional Christian Christmas music, making cookies and candy, and planning to give our kids a few gifts. We’ve also told our kids it’s not really Jesus' birthday and that santa is not real, they pretty much came to this conclusion themselves based on conversations about why we weren’t doing what we have in the past. Short of asking several times for a tree they have taken it really well and seem to understand better than most of the adults we have shared it with. I’d rather raise them in the ways of the Lord than compromise to make them feel better or more like everyone else. We have not been vocal in the church about our abstinence but I feel like we should. Nowhere in scripture does it tell us to celebrate His birthday and the roots of this tradition are clearly pagan and schemed by religious organizations to boost attendance and societal involvement. It makes me sick knowing how messed up it is and how everybody just goes right along with the world on it and acts like making it about Jesus makes it okay. I may not be as quiet next year and it makes me a little sad because I’ve enjoyed the fellowship with this church family and feel like they are spot on about most of the rest of their practices. Times are changing, we are waking up to the errors of our ways and we should share them with our brothers and sisters as opposed to letting them go astray. As long as we do it with love and a genuine concern for their relationship with the Lord then I don’t think we’d be wrong in doing it. But how far do we take it? Do we stop going to the church for that month or all together if they continue to practice this non biblical holiday? Do we not participate or let our kids go to Christmas party’s and programs at the school and church? How much do we share and where do we draw the line in how vocal we are about it? Or do we do like we have this year and follow what we believe God wants us to do, maintaining minimal involvement and if asked share why we are?
We took the truth to our pastor (planted a seed) and if he doesn’t research or love the Lord enough to correct, we leave. If Christmas offends GOD we have nothing to do with any of it. It’s a great way to share truth, children get taught Christ comes first, and your family will be blessed for obedience. It ends up better after a bit of shock and awe at first, I stand with you.
Thank you for the reply. That’s how I feel about it and I pray it doesn’t change. I’ve heard of a few people we know “going through what I am” in relation to not wanting any part of it and I think my wife and others expect it to blow over in a couple years. But I feel like it is offensive to God and, while He may not be striking people down for celebrating, I still don’t think it honors Him or Jesus to observe as the world does. I will be prayerfully looking for an opportunity to plant the seed with our pastor. Thanks again!
Hey lex, can you or can someone else here explain to me where the idea of a spring birth comes from? I have always heard about a birth possibly in September or October .
It depends on what you believe as far as when John the Baptist birth was. We know Yahshua was born 6 months latter. John's Dad was Zechariah who was a Leviticus Priest. He had taken time off for his sons birth. By figuring out the Priestly schedule it pin points it at Passover or the Fall Feasts. So either he was born in the fall or the spring and your guess is as good as mine. Both are very possible no one knows for sure it depends on whose Priestly schedule you want to believe. In my opinion both sides have very valid points.
+John Mal a fall birth (at Sukkot) fits a lot more prophetic foreshadowing. John, the type of Elijah, was born at Passover-which fulfilled the Jewish hope of Elijah coming at Passover. Yeshua was born at the beginning of Sukkot, through whom God symbolically dwelt with men.
Mic Ha El Russell this was the understanding I’ve alway held but every once in a while I hear people say he was born in the spring so I thought I would get clarification on this 😉
About consumerism, I worked in a grocery store for 13 years and the holiday merchandise USED TO cone 3 weeks before any holiday. Somewhere in the middle of working there, for example, Christmas grocery ad items began being brought in up to 3 months earlier. Interesting, the grocery store chain was family owned, they were Jewish, and never seen their holidays in the ads or display. I never thought to ask why, but they don't own the chain anymore.
Yes its about time some body is saying something. I've said the same thing for years. I've been told to let the kids have some fun . and have a child hood . mm
Some Christians just don't want to see and accept the truth but wanted to keep following the tradition of Christmas calling it's birth of Christ celebration and what's wrong in that but there's no commandment in the Bible either from Lord Jesus or the Apostles and God's Word strongly command not to follow men's tradition, lie and anything which is to do evil intention.... but still these people will continue to say, "what's in that because it's all about Jesus"....
A former coworker was telling some of us guys about how he used, Santa, Easter bunny, maybe the tooth fairy, with his young son for a reason I don't remember. I stated to him, a parent, doesn't want their child/Ren to lie or they get in trouble. That is also a matter of trust. When the kid grows up and realizes he was lied to 3 times a year, his ability to trust you might be difficult." He had a look as if he had an epiphany. Tradition can't be used as an excuse. And he is a Christian.
Beautifully said...I love the truth...Jeremiah 10:2-5 is close to describing a Christmas tree in a negative way..But I think the message is more about idols..
Jesus/Yeshua was born in the Fall, probably during Sukkot. Luke 1:5 says Zechariah was serving int he temple during the 'duty' of Abijah. 1 Chronicles 24 5-10 says the order of Abijah fell on the eighth order of serving in the temple. The head of the year is the month of Passover(exodus 12:2), and during Passover week all priests served in the temple, then each sabbath after that they would follow the "order" laid out in Chronicles. The eight landed on "Yom Teruah" or Pentecost. This mean John the Baptist father was serving in the temple when Gabriel announced the birth of John. This would put John the Baptist birth at Passover the next year. (9 months from Pentecost). We know Jesus/Yeshua and John were 6 months apart. This would put Jesus/Yeshua birth at the time of Tabernacles, and his conception during Hanukkah. Since he was Light of the world, it makes sense to conceive him during the festival of Dedication and Light. Since he "Tabernacles" among us. It would make sense that he was born during Tabernacles. And since the Hebrew word for Manger is Sukkah, it all falls into place.
Restore the Path neat! I'd like to know more, about how I can make sure this is the correct interpretation. Ii have thought this for a while, but don't know how to back it up.
I think you have well laid out the defense for the Yeshua's birth during Sukkot. We also have to look at that He was circumcised on the 8th day. There is an ending day of the celebration of Sukkot. It's on the 8th day. I believe it's called the celebration of the Torah when the scrolls are turned back to the book of Genesis: "In the beginning." (Genesis 1:1, John 1:1) Also, His death, burial, and resurrection was during the Spring Feasts. The giving of the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) was at Pentecost (Shavuot). That leaves the Fall Feast that has 8 days.
Amen! Another confirmation! YHVH set out the appointed days (feasts) in the beginning. The Christian world will never fully understand the depth of the Bible as long as they continue to think that Yeshua/Jesus nailed the "Feasts" to the "Cross".
So true...not only the feasts...but there are some laws that still apply today...like the un/clean food...what is disturbing is that we christians accept so easily some traditions/doctrines made by man instead of searching the bible for the good doctrines...devils/demons also have doctrines...Peace
I have had to argue this point with my wife for years now. But I slowly told my kids by the age of 5 or 6 it was just s fairytale which they had kinda figured out some on their own from little things like finding wrapping paper in our closets etc.. However we do celebrate Jesus birth and make it known the purpose we are celebrating. No matter what day it is ! We still trade gifts with our kids. . Actually being that hung up on a exact day to celebrate Jesus birth and get together with family that you do not celebrate Jesus birth is a little bit fanatic and then chances are you will not do it in April or any other time either! Jesus was about giving he was a Gift to us all and they gave Jesus gifts also. So yeah if you celebrate it in the pagan way then it's wrong for sure but to use it for the purpose of telling the story of Jesus is a good thing!
I'm so glad you did this video. I almost stopped listening to you because I saw a video where you sort of made it ok to celebrate. I think it was one with you and 2 other guys. Thanks for speaking truth
LadyYahsMouse yes my mom still does not like at all how I am redirecting my children (part them redirecting me).
I felt the same way as you did with my daughter!!
smart girl. very smart choice
@T T Satan the devil is using all holidays to deceive the people the same way how he deceived Adam and Eve in the Garden Of Eden. Satan wants us to turn against God (Jehovah) our creator.
Yes God bless you tell them the truth that's what supposed to do
I always said that if you lie about Santa how does your children believe you about God.
Dorothy Bandell and that is the distraction
Disciple of Imanuel It is. I am a living example. I was lied to. I then doubted and turned away from Elohim. Thank Yah He called me and I sought the truth. Not many can say that. Most turn away and are agnostic and believe in the satanic jesuit fairytale of nothingism.
I almost fell into that trap about the lies ... while Im an adult and believe in santa which was a saint as the history goes I also believe in God still ... so Im a grown man and I still believe in santa and God and unicorns ...
what if the horses in the book of revelation are not visions of horses but unicorns?
My husband and I came to the truth about Christmas when our children were young. We were the only ones in our family neighborhood and even our church who gave up the practice. Both of our children are now grown and have gone back to celebrating it due to pleasing their spouses and not wanting their children to be the odd ball the way they were. It is not an easy road to walk in truth.
Sad to hear, I am really sorry
I agree 100% don’t lie to the kids
Christmas can be good but I agree to leave Santa out of it.
Christmas is one of the most obvious holidays a Christian shouldn’t celebrate
@Folk Aart That's a lie!
@@davidmuir405 it's good, if you want to be part of the world. It's good, as long as you want no part in serving God!
@David Miles Depends if you want to please God.
Good, God will like that,!
Finally someone spoke of the truth. My family wonders why I do not put up any decors and shop anymore. it's because of everything you just said. Amen to that! God be the glory through his son!
Praise God for unadulterated truth!!!!!!!
Even though the general church has been in apostate for many years thankfully there are many waking up and coming back to the truth of God's Word. Keep speaking the truth!
Amen, many are waking up to the truth about these false doctrines.
Sheep lamb twice a year, usually Spring and Fall; yes, we should NOT be lying to our kids or anyone about anything, much less a pagan holiday.
Moriah Bassett Shalom To You And Your Family...May Yahweh Bless You And Your Family For Living Truth
We were looked at like that too, yet stuck to truth also, there’s tremendous peace and joy in obedience. Blessings to you and your family alway
Brian Gause thank you so much I do appreciate that. Blessings!!
KLB I agree! There is a lot of peace in knowing we are following YHWH. It is sad to see the rest of the family just not understand. May YHWH bless you and your family.
@David Miles lies are lies, no matter how you say it!
Another thing - the lying has been amped up with the Elf on a Shelf thing!! I find that exceptionally creepy to lie to kids and say this elf is going to be spying on you all night and reporting back to santa!!
When I found out Santa was a lie... The first thing I asked my mother was.. "so I God not real either?" Great video thanks :-)
@Folk Aart If that was true, then it would never been found.
@Folk Aart it was found years ago! Along with many other Biblical proofs. Just go to TH-cam and do your thing! (If your not afraid of the truth)!
Damian Williams I think I did too !

God bless
Thanksgiving isn't good either know the real whole story about it.
I COMPLETELY agree!! if only my wife understood these things.. :(
thank you Lex! i get angry during pagan "holy"days.
Paul Newhouse I wish my husband would understand also. It’s hard being new on this journey especially alone. 😔
Keep praying for them and don’t force them to do anything. Let God do the work, stay in faith and He will come through 🙏🏼❤️
I’m praying for my wife as well guys. Same boat here. It’s really tough
Paul Newhouse is your wife a Christian. Does she go to a church... any church?
Same here keep telling my wife about this lie of christmas but she refuses to see the truth.
I never could get behind the whole Santa thing. Lying to my kids just didn’t feel right.
And the milk and cookies are a drink/food offering to a false idol. Ugh i just read a verse pertaining to this and i cant remember it now
Lisa Yun Jeremiah 10:1-6
Bowman 82 yes everyone should read that too!
You are so right! A food and drink offering to a false idol indeed. Scary in so many ways.
WOW! I never thought of that!
yep...I never looked at it that way before, but she's certainly right
One day my son that was 11 yrs old at the time brought to my attention that the spelling of santa is Satan when you take the "n" and put it at the end of santa.
@David Miles that's a big lie, read Jeremiah chapter 10. Has nothing to do with Jesus at all!
Did you inform him that Santa is Latin for holy?
Tell your kids the truth. They'll appreciate it. Mine did.
Belva Goudeau my daughter told the kids the truth they are 9 and 5. And my 9 yr old grandson said he was upset he didn't know sooner .., I’m so glad she sat them down and had that talk
I absolutely love listening to you. Thank you brother for all your eye opening videos.👍
There’s evidence that Jesus celebrated Hanukkah (Feast of Dedication). If you want to celebrate it, go right ahead.
Agreed 100% - Christmas and its traditions aren't biblical which is reason enough to raise a question.

Great video. We feel the same, and we have come to learn that Christmas means much more when it's not centered on lies. We also tell our children that december 25th i not Christmas, it's saturnalia. If only the CHURCH would follow Biblical beliefs and not the lies.
If the church is following the lies, then leave them!
Why not also tell children that God did not become a baby, nor did God commit suicide in order to forgive His own creation.

Praise God for parents strong in The Faith of the narrow paths leads to

The celebration of birth of Tammuz, Nimrod reborn (Nimrod's son) is December 25 and winter solstice. See also, Saturnalia.
our pastor is doing a message about how the tree represents Christ in some way. i assume it will be something like...."he was born in a manger which was made of wood and crucified on a tree (the cross) therefore when we look at the tree we remember and worship Him." we are of course not going to church Christmas eve...we are struggling loving the sheep and bringing truth to people at our church who are hungry for the truth but we are having a hard time feeling alone because there is not much of a hebrew roots where we live...at least where we have researched. please pray for God to bring more to the truth to our church and pray for Him to bring us together with fellow truth believers as we are feeling alone. thank you for your channel!
I will and i hope u will shed light on this problem.
I'd find another church that doesn't teach the traditions of man.
I was one of the very few Christian parents in our church who did't do the Santa Clause lie. I got more flack from my fellow Christians than from nonbelievers. Christian parents were scared that my sons would tell their kids the truth. It freaked them out.

Yes all holidays
Santa is for people who don't believe in Jesus. I always get into arguments with my sister every Christmas about this subject and she professes to be Christian. I taught my children from an early age about the issue. Some people don't want to deal with reality.
Unfortunately though most people pass these things down through tradition with good intentions not realizing what they are doing.
Thank you for exposing the false Christians. They love to say, " we doing for the kids", and God knows our hearts". They gave an excuse for everything wrong.
Everyone excuses their "bad" behavior. What is that script? "All things are deemed right in one own's eyes"
God isn’t no half and halfer you are either all
In or all out. Satan will use things that seems comfy cosy to lure you in. Don’t take the bait!!!!!!
I always call him SATAN CLAWS because the enemy is snatching people away with this lie
People always try to argue with me when they find out I tell my son the truth about these holidays and that we don't celebrate them.
If you anagram Santa, you get Satan... enough said
Santa simply means saint in Spanish. Has literally no etymological relation to the word Satan. Don't be silly. If we anagram God, we get dog, but the two don't have any relation so god isn't an insult. I've seen this nonsense claimed before. It's just a meme taken seriously by some.

i grew up as a christian with celebrating Christmas every year, i wanna keep it . what i celebrate & GIVE THANKS is for the God's FIRST COMING (not Jesus/Yeshua BIRTHDAY party) and why i am so excited ,(like prophets in old testament so excited tell us about the Birth/Coming of the Messiah). n since the bible doesn't give us "the time " of birth why dont we take one day to remembering it (in prayers n praise & worship with family & friends & comunnity). n about santa (christmas tree & decoration, Carols)i never told that is REAL, so i'm not shock & doubting my Faith as i getting older ( it's just a tradition story same as bunny & eggs in Easter /Pesakh/Paskah/Passover) but i respect for the Tradition because is about Creativity ( as long as we tell that it's just tradition of man not the Teaching of God ). i live in multi-culture country, here we celebrating it sometime mix with our tradition (but NOT corrupting the meaning)...i don't wanna be a part of worshiping Pagan days & god but i wanna be a part of people who Celebrating something or days or whatever with good meanings in it (i am not woshiping sun god,but i am worshiping God who give sun, moon, earth n everything for us to live)...Did GOD hates me & my family for doing these ??!! and then what ?? you tell me that i can't celebrate New Year eve because it's not even mention in the bible (c'mon !!)..even New Years eve & morning, me n my family go to Church to Give thanks to God.. that is my opinion, sorry for the English(not daily english speaker)... Or the need for all the consumerism
I truly find your teachings very useful, clear and uncomplicated. without vanity. amazing.

AMEN, AMEN AMEN BROTHER GOOD TRUTH
I remember being so devastated when I found out Santa wasn’t real. It wasn’t the fact that he wasn’t real was so disappointing, but I had been tricked by the two people I trusted most in my life.
Thankfully, even when we were celebrating Christmas, we did NOT teach Santa Claus. Nor did we teach the Easter bunny at Easter. I am so grateful to YHWH that He opened our eyes to these things and the truth of Torah. I will never go back!
Well said. Thank you.
I alluded to the truth about Santa during a sermon and was told I was hurting children. St. Nicholas is history Santa is fantasy.
Thanks, the law is written on our hearts and minds, now that is grace! Everyone call the sabbath Saturday a delight.
John Mal thanks 😄
Seth Moore interesting 🤔🤔🤔
Yes you are correct!
Yes its about time some body is saying something. I've said the same thing for years. I've been told to let the kids have some fun . and have a child hood . mm
That's false religion for you! Even if there's no religion, it's the same thing!
Amen, thanks so much!
He was born in the Fall during the Feast of Tabernacles.
Roman paganism... 👈
It traces back even earlier. All the way to Nimrod
Great video! Christmas is the scariest invention geared towards children.
Well said brother...hope many will read your comment...Peace
