Odin is mentioned by Brynhildr at several instances within the story, particularly with regards to her backstory. Brynhildr and Nigel Sayward even think that it is Odin who is forcing her to go berserk through her Primordial Rune in order to take out Manaka, who is considered a threat to humanity and the world by the Counter Force.
Fate/Grand Order
6,000 years ago, Odin foresaw the plans of both Goetia and the Foreign God. In order to save the Human Order, he possessed a fairy in the English Lostbelt - a mischievous 14-year-old boy with a sword - and used him as a proxy. Odin used Cú Chulainn as a proxy to help him save the Human Order. Cú Chulainn was initially summoned to the Fuyuki Singularity as a Lancer, but Odin granted him his Authority, transforming him into Caster and giving him some of Odin's abilities. Cú Chulainn working with Chaldea formed a bond between them that would connect them later in the English Lostbelt. When Cú Chulainn returned to the Throne of Heroes after resolving the singularity, Odin allowed him to keep his memories of that summoning.[2]
Götterdämmerung: The Eternal Icy Fire Century
During the events of Ragnarök in the timeline of the Norse Lostbelt, instead of the events unfolding as they were supposed to, with the gods dying and world being cleansed and reborn, Surtr, the Fire Jötunn, devoured the wolf Fenrir, becoming immensely powerful and killing many of the gods and giants, before Odin sealed him inside a false Sun, sacrificing himself in the process. Prior to this, Odin merged the goddess Skadi with Scáthach, leaving her to protect the world where Ragnarok had come to a hault.[3]
Odin's ravens, Huginn and Muninn, remained in the world, guiding Chaldea when they arrive in the Lostbelt.[3]
Avalon le Fae: Fairy Round Table Domain
Odin summons Cú Chulainn Caster into the English Lostbelt a year before Chaldea arrives. Cú Chulainn spends the year waiting for Chaldea to arrive learning what he can about Odin's actions as Grímr 6,000 years ago, as he is not given that information when summoned.[2]

For those who are confused of his identity, Caster Cu is actually considered as an irregular version of Cu Chullain. This is because Caster Cu has neither two of Cu's Noble Phantasms: Gae Bolg (OG Cu, Proto Cu, and Cu Alter have it) or Shadow Locale Arms Mastery (Setanta from Arcade has it). It isn't normal for a Cu version to not have either of those NPs. This is a version of Cu that was created by Odin and was granted some Authorities since Caster Cu acts as Odin's proxy/avatar.

Yeah, Odin's and Athena's authority is said to be a superior version of Grand Caster's Clairvoyance so it's really nice to see them in action.
This just proves that Odin is goated and that Odin>>>>>>Zeus (at least the LB one). I just wish that we could meet odin personally in some event or something, would be pretty cool

@@dio420 In Nasuverse, it's hard to tell who is stronger. Take Excalibur for eg, in terms of raw power, it coudn't beat Ea. But Ea couldn't beat Sefar while Excalibur can. Odin might see something that Zeus can't but in terms of raw power, there is no way Zeus could lose. The scale raw power of Zeus is just too high in LB5 and even if Odin used all of his authority (Aka Territory of Life and Death), he couldn't stall Cernunnos for a long time.
Another example is Grand Caster and other Grands. While Grand Caster can see everything through their Clairvoyance, they couldn't kill as good as Grand Assassin nor they can't defeat a full fledge god like Super Orion.
So Odin was helping us since the start of the Game in the fuyuki singularity ? wow what a chad.

@@-Zagreus- The most likely thing to get buffed is the disengage skill, which is one of the skills like instinct charisma or battle continuation that DW is slowly buffing.

Especially since emphasis is put on Caster Chulainn being more empathic and level headed- he's more or less meant to be closer to the time period where Chulainn killed his son by accident and had to figure out how to deal with it.

I think you meant "Today's Menu for the Emiya Family" where he takes multiple part-time jobs. Cu in Carnival Phantasm mostly fishes and dies.

He even blames Scathtach to why he's in this mess with Cu, he used her for Skadi, she used him for Cu Castor in a way, Scathatch probably knew something was up with geotia an the lost belts similar to Jeanne and Gilgamesh did at the last singularity, she has clairvoyance but she refuses to use it, since she used it on Cu and she saw his death, and is deeply hurt by it to this day, and a lot of servants knee something was up as well just not fully
So Odin was so afraid of being devoured by a canine again that in order to avoid that he used the spirit core of a hero that his story started killing a dog to gain resistance againts canines.

But Chulainn has a weakness related to dogs. If he eats dog meat or something similar enough to count as dog meat- like Chimera- it acts like a bane due to a geas in his lifetime. He'd probably have some major stat drops.

It's been heavily implied that the climax of the Lostbelt story is connected somehow to the Fuyuki Singularity, as it wasn't one of the singularities Goetia made and the Alien God took on the appearance of Olga Marie.
If that's true, I get the feeling that we're going to get the OG F/SN Servants involved somehow.

@@neoterumi4772 Well, Cu has already got an upgrade in the form of Odin using him as his avatar. If we go into pseudo-servant territory, I could see Odin hijacking Cu's saint graph. We know it's possible, that's how we got Artemis in the first place after all.
Emiya and Artoria are harder to place though. Though, we haven't canonically interacted with Artoria in any of the Singularities and Lostbelts, so maybe we just get normal Artoria?

@@PhoenixBlazer39 That part is about being summoned as a Grand. Only humans can become Grand Servants, Divine Spirits can't. Romulus could be summoned because they used a body as a vessel.
Odin could use the same trick as Tezcatlipoca - creating a vessel to inhabit by himself.

One of the original goals of Chaldea in LB 6 is to get Morgan's Rhongo or just the formula of it to use against Alien God. But instead, we get the base of the Holy Sword given by Castoria after Muramasa forged it. Yes we got something on par as the legit unsealed Excaliblast.

Also apparently, stabbing yourself with your spear is how you evolve lancers but you need to be pinned to a tree for a long time, and to not pull the spear out to lessen the bleeding

Yes. Basically, LB6 happened at all because the six fairies that were supposed to forge Excalibur kept procrastinating and Sefar wiped out all life on Earth. Avalon responded by spawning Tonelico to get things back on track, but the fairies are fairies and shit went sideways, necessitating Avalon to create Artoria Caster after Tonelico abandoned her duties as Avalon le Fay. Artoria and Muramasa worked together, as the original plan was for Tonelico (later Artoria) to sacrifice her existence to fully forge Excalibur; Muramasa ended up sacrificing himself in her stead. Notably, this is the same Alter-Ego Muramasa who's been working for the Foreign God the whole time, not our Saber Muramasa or an unaffiliated Fairy Muramasa.

For skadi, he is thanking her for the 2nd lostbelt, he is the one who make sure skadi is alive by fusing her with scathach after the other god die because of the ragnarok to make sure the lostbelt are ok.
For Sigurd, reminder that sigurd's eyeglasses aint a normal one, it can see who he is. In one of the material book, Sigurd said this about him: "You are Cu Chulainn right? Hmm..????" hinting that he see something wrong with CuCas... Well, what he sees is either Odin's authority or CuCas's status as Odin's proxy

Divine Spirits can't be Grand Servants. Power too immense that's why they need vessels. If actual Quetz or Ishtar is summoned the mana consumption will kill the master in an instant.

Well, Odin isn't just a mere God, but literally the Chief God of Norse pantheon. So it's kinda expected for him to have that ability since he's also known in IRL myths about observing humanity. And no, he's not qualified since he's a God. Only Heroic Spirits are allowed. He needs to get nerfed like hell or get a vessel like how Caligula became a vessel for Romulus-Quirinus in LB5.2.
@@Catoust I think it's really impossible to summon full-fledged Gods as your Servants. It would kill any Master immediately. That's why they get nerfed until they become Heroic Spirits.
While it's impossible, I think the nearest Master that could at least attempt on doing that is Manaka Sajyou from Fate/Prototype. She's so powerful as a Magus and a Master that even Arthur himself is suspicious and always aware of her. She's arguably the most powerful Master in Fate so far, as she also successfully summoned half of Beast VI. Kirschtaria is strong, but not as strong as Manaka. LB Kirsch doesn't count since he borrowed Mana from the Fantasy Tree.
Manaka and her younger sister Ayaka are like two sides of a coin: Manaka being ridiculously powerful while Ayaka being almost powerless and a weak Mage.
